Unfortunately and a week ago I received a phone call from my sister informing me that her son got arrested and she was panicking don't know what to do, I called few companies but I was not really satisfied with the answers they provided to me! I consider my self lucky that I called this company before I decided to use any other agency, so when I called extreme bail bonds south gate they answered the phone right away the manager explained the whole process to me in a simple and easy way, the paperwork was easy to do and the release time was fast. I really appreciate the good service they provided to me as well as the valuable information in regards to my nephew's case. Thank you guys and i would definitely recommend this agency to any one who would ever need to bail a loved one out.

The only good service about here is how quick they are to call you to start offering help an upping they bail bond price if you go back to them an start talking like they lawyers themselves? I say this because TODAY!!!! yes, TODAY, they decided to call my mom and start feeding her a bunch of bull and lame unconvincing lies talking about a family members case, claiming she'd have to pay 10k slowly payment off payment and encouraging her to bail said convicted family member and babbling about them supporting on payments if she chose to bail our convicted family member soon as possible? A VERY 3 DAY RECENT CASE that my mom has barely any info knowledge of as of barely today. We talked to the lawyer today after setting up a meeting and paying for their assistance. Mind you, the lawyer has helped us before and has been trustworthy and helped us the first time when it came to solving a previous case before. However, as it turns out the lawyer explained to my mom that THESE people fed her false information towards the end of her payment and had her pay 2k more for bullsh**. They fed her lies and claimed that the previous family member of ours wouldn't be able to officially be freed from their case unless she finished her payment. She finished paying that leftover fee A MONTH AGO. They dragged out the payments more than it should've even been. She was supposed to have stopped paying 2 months ago!!!!! I don't care if 2k seems little to anybody but they trapped my mom into paying more money for whatever renovation and bill this cheap place can't afford themselves. Another important AND ALARMING statement was said that honestly had me angered. A man was on the phone with my mom lying to her about our family members case after we spoke with a lawyer today! She explained to him what the lawyer TRULY said to her about the case and all he could do was say "The lawyer is lying to you." then proceeded to try and convince her of bailing out the convicted member. She refused to tell me anything to stay out of trouble but this doesnt mean i wont let everyone be aware of these scammers. My mom realized today from that single phone call that they did scam her out of extra money, she's choosing to leave it and move on, SHE is choosing to stop reaching out to this place and focus on the many other problems she's having to deal with now. I'm not choosing to do any of those things, To whoever is reading this if anyone does, don't come to this place unless you're fine with confronting any of these workers and calling them out on there lies on the spot. They're open 24/7 for a reason, not to help you but to convince you they're helping you to gain trust and slick their way into creating however many lies they're able to convince you of. If you don't see any other reviews on these people besides the sponsors then CONTINUE searching for others that have more details on their business and a little more realistic reviews. Goodbye and thank you for reading all this, its up to you if you continue to go through with working with these people, I'm just leaving awareness so people know what they may get into working with these people.

I didn't even have to go in to their office and neither did my friend. They were super diligent and as a team, they continued to check with the jail to find out when my friend was processed and ready to be bailed out. I would very highly and without any reservation whatsoever recommend this Bail Bond company. You'll be glad you picked them to help you out.

I was feeling pretty crappy (I hadn't eaten all day, sweat was constantly running into my eyes, and there was something wrong with my car, but I had no choice but to keep pushing my luck) and my morale couldn't be any lower, especially after being taken down repeatedly at the sheriff's station with their unnecessarily haughty attitudes. Steve gave me the feeling of being taken care of and I knew everything was going to be okay. Upon stepping into his office, I felt a ray of hope for the first time all day. He asked me to meet him at his office 30 mins from the time I called him. By the time I reached his office, he had already completed the major paperwork, and was on the phone, sending one of his agents over to the sheriff's station while simultaneously finishing the paperwork as to not waste any time. Steve was VERY patient with my millions of questions/phone calls, efficient, helpful, informative, thorough, and extremely friendly. He was also very honest, making sure I understood all parts of the contract I was signing myself into before he let me sign the paperwork. If you ever need a bail bond for someone, he's definitely the man to go to. No questions about it. The best thing about him is that he won't disappear just because he got your money.
