This place should be called lack of respect bail bonds. The guy who runs it is a total shyster who…read morewill do anything to take advantage of people who are in an already vulnerable position (incarcerated). When I was in jail in Orange County with a bail of 500 dollars my mom called and wired this guy the necessary 500 to get me out until I went to court. When I got out and talked to the guy he told me that when I went to court to call him and that he'd get my mom her money back. Not once did mention jumping through a bunch of hoops like sending in certified copies of this or that (basically a technique companies use when they want to keep your money, sort of like what companies do with receipts, upcs, etc when you are supposed to get a rebate). When I get out and go to court my mom calls him and can't get a hold of anyone for A MONTH. I guess giving people's money back isn't high on his priority list. When she does finally get a hold of him he says that she has to get him a certified copy of my exoneration notice (court papers) again basically trying to make it more trouble than it's worth and keep the money. I know times are tough dude but shady business practices like this just won't cut it. So finally I call the guy and ask why he doesn't do what every other bondsman in the country does and look the information up on the computer (all of this info is on the public record for anyone to see). He acts like he doesn't know what website to go to as if he doesn't have access to all of the California court systems files (all bondsmen do, they need to in order to find info on people they will potentially bail out). Basically trying to play me for a sucker and to kick it off he was disrespectful while doing it, calling me "hoss" and just generally being a condescending piece of shit. In the end I had to find proof of my exoneration and email it to him just to get him to return the money. If, God forbid, for whatever reason you end up in jail you've already got enough problems. Don't further burden yourself by dealing with disrespect bail bonds.

I am an attorney who practices Family Law and Criminal Defense. If you are looking for a Bail…read moreBondsman, READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW AND THEN CALL ORANGE COAST BAIL BONDS! Many of my clients have been arrested on false charges of domestic violence made by a spouse looking to get an advantage in a custody dispute. I have dealt with pretty much every major Bail Bond company in Orange County over the past decade, because they have been used by my clients. None have impressed me as much as Orange Coast Bail Bonds. If you don't already know, Bail is highly regulated insurance, and the rates they charge are set by law. therefore you would think that each Bond/insurance company is the same. I have learned that is simply NOT TRUE! In my opinion, Orange Coast Bail Bonds is the BEST bail agent in Orange County and I base that opinion on my own personal experience with them. The Bail Agents at Orange Coast Bail Bonds are professional, experienced, and caring. What really impressed me is that they went above and beyond to help my client who was cheated by a different bail company. Here is the story: My client was arrested on DV charges. He bailed out of jail using a different (and dishonest) bail company. That company took my clients money, bailed him out and then 3 days later surrendered him without good cause. This means they put him back in jail and kept his money. My client bailed out again so he would not lose his job, but this was an extreme financial hardship for him. The second time around, my client used Orange Coast Bail Bonds. When my client conveyed the story to me, I was shocked and horrified. The first bail company was a big company with a lot of advertising. It was really troubling to me that they would act this way. I called the first company on my clients behalf asking they refund my clients money and they basically told me where the monkey put the football. What really impressed me about Orange Coast Bail Bonds is that when my client told the Bail Agent from Orange Coast Bail Bonds what the first company told me, the Orange Coast Bail Bonds agent called me and told me about a special motion I could file to get my clients money back from the first bail agent. I did the research, filed the motion, and then ultimately got the court to order the first bail agent to refund my client's money. The sign of a True industry Professional is someone that works to make sure dishonest people in their industry cannot take advantage of decent and hardworking people. Orange Coast Bail Bonds stood up for the little guy. If you need a Bail Bond, call the Bail Agents at Orange Coast Bail Bonds!
