She'll give you the low-down on what you'll need and can give you better suggestions than what you might already be thinking. If she doesn't have something that you want, she's more than likely going to know where you can find it. (#2) However, I find that email tends to work best with them. They have tents, tables, foldaway chairs, linens, dishware / china, umbrellas, helium tanks, chafing dishes, and all kinds of party favors. One thing I really appreciate is that they have platforms, like carpet runners, stanchions, and small stage for elevation. They have cotton candy / popcorn machines, and additional room dividers and partitions to help with the party layout. I appreciate that their prices are completely transparent on the website (#3) and self-pick up is free. Delivery is available for additional fees and they're not always on time. I would recommend getting in touch with them early and if delivery is the only way to go is to deliver at least 2 hours prior to event time. I realize this will result in higher prices, but it's the best way to ensure that things will go right. They will service all 5 boroughs, including Long Island. ____________ (#1) My fave. I was the coordinator for a wedding that rented from this company…read more - They delivered an hour late - They did not bring the supplies for the cotton candy machine or popcorn machine, which was in our order - They took items that were not theirs at load out then proceeded to ask us to come at retrieve them. Most importantly, when we complained about the missing supplies, they LIED and staged a photo of the machines in their warehouse including the supplies saying "this is how we received them back". I sent back a photo of the items as they were received and they never responded or refunded us the money, even though we couldn't use them. I would NOT recommend using this company.

I have rented from Big Dawg before without issue. But when I tell you that last week, I had the…read morenightmare experience from h*ll with them. Our party was over at 10pm. They told me tables and chairs would be picked up by midnight, per our contract. At 11pm, I sent a text and email. Also called their line. When I tell you no one communicated with me AT ALL. I didn't hear from them until after midnight. They didn't finish picking up my equipment until 1am! So unprofessional. Then since then, I haven't heard a word from them. They made sure to let me know that I would be charged extra if we weren't ready and they had to wait for us. But not as much as a simple phone call or email apologizing for the breach in contract. I had to pay the venue extra to wait until 1am. Also.. I can see why they were late. The crew was 3 men. 2 young and 1 older. The young men waited downstairs while the older gentleman removed 35 tables and 75 chairs BY HIMSELF. It took much longer than if they would have been helping. To top it off, they all had bad attitudes. Renters beware! This company threatens to charge you if you breach the contract but has no issue breaching the contract with ZERO accountability.
