Luckily she did not miss her flight, but if you want to miss your flight and have rude and unprofessional company than this one is for you! I will definitely use them again. I felt the price of $70 flat fee was a little steep but, well worth it due to the bind I was in. I guess I spoke too soon…read more On the ride out, the guy was relatively quick to pick me up and made a big deal out of how they charge a $15 flat rate to/from the airport. Great, because I was sick of getting gouged by all of these fly-by-night cab "companies" in town. The vehicles are still the standard dirty vans that seem to make up the fleets of all the local cab services. I was pleased with the low rate, but lo and behold on the return trip, the guy starts up the meter and the trip ends up costing about ten bucks more. The driver played dumb and acted like he had no idea about the "flat fee," which is funny because the guy who played it up and explained it to me the first time was the owner of this mighty, professional fleet. He also did all of this while naming and bashing all of the other cabs in town. I really thought I had a good thing going here. That'll teach me for getting my hopes up too high in the GF. Quite simply, Grand Forks has no clean, reliable, consistent taxi service.

Bachelorette party day came and leading up to the day, absolutely NO CONTACT from Shelley. None. We have been calling all week leading up, and all day of our event. No answer, and no return calls. We paid in full for this event and the wedding, so who knows if we will hear back and get our money back. STAY AWAY. not reliable, zero communication, and no guarantees. If something happened to have caused the no show, we would have understood if there was communication. But there has been none, so we are done and will tell everyone to go elsewhere. Unreal.
