I am very disappointed in Brian Fligg. Sheer arrogance. The biggest disappointment was when he played the incorrect song for the Mother/Son dance. It was disappointing and embarrassing. This was a moment I have looked forward to for months, especially where this was my first son getting married. Again, when brought to his attention, he was arrogant and belligerent about it and tried to blame it on the bride and groom. The least he could have done was apologized for HIS mistake. My only positive is that people did dance all night long.

He was VERY rude to the entire Venue staff. We had multiple employees tell us that they have never met a vendor so rude and disrespectful. So much so that the Venue hopes to never have to work with him again. During introductions, he failed to mention the Groom's parents. When it was immediately brought to his attention, instead of just fixing his mistake by mentioning them, he said through the speakers "They are telling me I didn't mention the Groom's Parents but I know I did so I guess I'll do it again". Shortly after this, when it came time for the Mother/Son dance, he started playing the wrong song. When the Groom brought it to his attention, he immediately got defensive and put the blame on my Wife and I in front of over 175 people. This was a link that we sent to him months ago and he downloaded the wrong file. After a couple minutes of putting the blame on us, and having a few people try and talk sense into him, he corrected the issue with a death stare while my mother and I had our dance. I would not recommend this DJ to my worst enemy. The day was beautiful, and this "professional" put a damper on that by ruining the second most important dance of my life behind the first dance with my Wife.

We met with Guy a few weeks before our wedding and I instantly felt so comfortable with him. He was extremely professional, took the time to ask us questions and get to know us a little. He felt like a friend! I knew I could trust him to make our wedding everything we hoped it could be. Not only do DJs play music, but you don't realize how much work they do behind the scenes making sure your timeline of the day goes smoothly. I loved that I didn't have to think or worry about anything! Guy connected with our venue coordinator, photographer, videographer, and maid of honor/best man himself so that things went smoothly the whole night. It was so amazing! The music was the BEST, Guy kept the party going and knew exactly what to play to appeal to all different ages. The way he introduced us was professional yet exciting, and he knew how to get everyone up on the dance floor! My maid of honor told him that night that she wanted him to be her DJ, which he will be this September for her wedding! We saw DJs from NuImage Entertainment working at 2 other friends weddings before our own, and I tell everyone I know to definitely use them for their own weddings! Best DJ company by far!!!

The customer service,…read moreattention to detail, and his desire to capture exactly what we wanted was amazing and very professional. Paul and his partner were on time, dressed appropriately for our "Black Tie" wedding, and were both excellent in their execution. We stayed on time throughout the night. We went over the timeline twice with Paul over the phone before the wedding - his recommendation and follow up. From 2:30 PM-12:30 AM Paul captured Getting Ready, Our First Look, Our Trolley Ride, Wedding Party Photos, Family Photos, Greeting Line in the Church, Our Ceremony, Our Cocktail Hour, Our Reception, and Our Balloon Drop at Midnight (New Years Eve Wedding). Paul was even able to steal us for a quick photo outside by the outdoor lighting that we had requested. I was a great shot and we only missed 5 mins of the night. Paul had us fill out a form of what type of attention we wanted to have at our wedding. We had said we didn't even want to know they were there once the Ceremony started. We explained that we loved action/candid shots. When we got our proofs - a week after our wedding - we were shocked at how many excellent photos we had. The best part was we didn't see Paul or his partner all night. The got everything. They didn't miss one moment. Paul gave us memories to have forever. Not to mention within two weeks of the wedding we had the CD to share our photos on email/Facebook with friends and family. You are spending a ton on your wedding. Hire the best photographer. That is what you will have to look back on to remember your day. Hire Paul - I promise. You will not be disappointed.

We liked what we saw on their website and went up to Lowell to meet with them in person. We liked Rich and Ashley immediately. They were very professional but also had great personalities. In addition to providing us with homemade cookies, they showed us examples of their past work and gave us a tin containing their product and pricing brochure along with examples of some of their products. We left very impressed and, after interviewing one other pair of photographers, decided to go with the Pizzutis. Prior to the wedding date we had an engagement session outdoors at our wedding venue (Mount Auburn Cemetery). Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we had to reschedule twice. The third attempt was on a chilly windy morning which made things difficult, but Rich and Ashley made the best of it. We ended up with some great photos, even if our cheeks were pink from the cold and my hair was blowing all over the place. This session helped us all learn about each other and also really helped prepare us for where to shoot the best photos on the actual wedding day. (I would recommend doing this with your photographers, regardless of if they're the Pizzutis.) We had a bit of a unique wedding, with a small ceremony one day and a huge party the next. Rich and Ashley were awesome throughout the whole thing. They managed to get all of the formal photos we wanted quickly, without frustrating our guests, and were wonderful with the young children. (Rich has a great way of getting people to do what he wants without seeming like a jerk about it.) They took tons of candid shots at our party and brought a laptop playing a slideshow of some of our wedding ceremony photos. Ashley even got into a moon bounce with my husband and me and got some really great photos of us. They had our photos up online about two weeks later, shortly after we returned from our honeymoon. The photos are amazing and there are literally hundreds of them. Overall, we're incredibly happy with their work and really enjoyed having them as part of our wedding.
