Just to know the size, for a tattoo that will cost me over 3,000 and if I wanted to move forward that 200 would be deducted. I find it rude honestly, you quote me almost 3,000 and then cant even tell me the size you're quoting me on and then try to charge me $200 to know the size?!?!?! This is permanent on my body and costing me thousands of dollars, I don't think knowing the size is too much to ask before committing to something like this. She said the quote was based on the referenced photos I provided. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY different sizes. When I asked for clarification she wouldn't give me any answer. I'm very upset because I was looking forward to getting tattooed by her, but this is just ridiculous.
