I rented decorations for a wedding. The day I went to pick up the decorations as I was leaving I was informed that my flower arrangements were sold to another person. I had to come back the next day to get my flower arrangements. The owner said she would be there by 10 am. She did not show up till 10:30 and made us late for the ceremony. Once we set up we were missing decorations for the tables. The lights that were provided were all different colors. When we spoke to the owner she said she would reimburse us for the missing decorations. 2 weeks and we had not been reimbursed. We attempted to call and message the owner and she would not respond to us. I had to go through my bank to get reimbursed and finally 1 month later I was reimbursed. Service was poor and the owner unprofessional. I recommend you go somewhere else. read more
