Our second experience at an event with this company and most employees were fun and enjoyable. Our kids played on their jumping houses/slides at the chocolate festival and the Chinese Cultural festival. At the Chinese Cultural festival we encountered an employee who was rude, belittling, and he made our son cry. Our 3 year old son went to go onto the slide but the guy didn't take his ticket. Our son has been taught to be honest and jumped off the slide entrance to put his ticket in the bucket for the employee. Our son started to go back onto the equipment when he was yelled at and scolded by the employee and the employee told him to get in the back of line. Our son started crying as the guy yelled more saying our son had gone so many times anyway and how he didn't ask him for his ticket.
