They have invitation books and even custom made invitations. They carry balloons, wishing wells, photo albums, money boxes, etc. The woman working was very friendly and offered her help if we needed. The prices seemed reasonable and there were a lot of options to consider. This was my first time in the store & definitely a good place to keep in mind for my next event!

They have the cutest things in this store that you can buy, rent or they can make for you. They seem to have lots for weddings. Envelope box rentals, favors, they can make your seating chart on cardboard to match the theme to any of your parties. Very cute store. Wish I would've known about it when I got married. Now when I have my daughter's christening in August, I'll be sure to come back here to have my seating chart made, balloons & favors done!

The only slight issues I had that brings this down from a 5 star rating was that I was verbally told on multiple occasions that the price would be a certain amount but when I went to pay Jay, the owner, said that that was the wrong price. Even when the employee admitted that she told me the first price Jay insisted I pay the amount he just quoted. I feel that if your employee misquotes a price as the owner and as a sense of customer service you should honor the original quoted price. The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered. When I explained that my order wasn't completely delivered he had a little chat with the drivers and explained that they had screwed up and were suppose to deliver the whole order. I would do business with them again as I was happy of the overall outcome.
