Find yourself a different company to use. Our photo booth you cannot even see the pictures there's a dark. Plus it broke down at least five times for DJ pronounced two peoples names, wrong the mother of of the girl and one in her court. It's very sad to pay that kind of money and be so disappointed plus during the candle ceremony Will was talking to the bartenders so loud that he was you could hear him over the candle ceremony. That finally a gentleman in her court, ask him to please lower his voice, because he was interested in what the girl was saying. Horrible...they were supposed to send me person to entertain a birthday party an 8 yr old girl woth 20 friends. Instead they sent a dj with no toys or games. After 30 minutes of the scheduled 2.5 hours we agreed on, the girls got bored and my daughter started crying. They ruined a party for a child in order to make 450 bucks. Buyer be ware. This is our second time using Party Depot and we are exceptionally pleased. We hired Will and his team as DJ for our wedding reception and they were nothing short of fantastic. They are professional and accommodating. We used the Zap shots feature which was so much fun. The photographer was friendly and not invasive. Everyone had a blast and loved the music selections. We had given Will a list of music before, and he played our requests and added wonderful complementary music to fit our theme (Luau). I would highly recommend hiring them for your event. We ordered the Deluxe dual lane wet/dry bouncer. Ordering was easy. Someone got back to me right away. Questions went answered. However, on the day of............We had specified we were using for wet. Pool at the bottom was described on the website, but not setup. Only a wall to block the party goers (both kids and adults) from flying off the front. When I called the gentleman said he didn't know why but "some lady who had a block party a couple of weeks before called to complain because the pool at the bottom was not air filled or cushioned and so the kids were hitting the ground pretty hard she had to protect it with something." He went to tell me maybe his setup guys felt it would be better without the pool. By the way, by the time I called his "guys" left and never gave us an explanation as to why there was no pool as described. It was very dangerous. I had to have constant supervision on both sides so the kids would not fall off the sides because of how fast the water made the slide. We turned off the water eventually. Our party ended at 8 (same time my contract ended). Nobody came to pick up the bouncer. I called at 9 and 9:45. Nobody ever called to say something came up. We did not know what to do with the equipment. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we waited until midnight (now extremely exhausted from the days events and babysitting their equipment) and unplugged. In addition, now we had to protect this monster from people running it over. It took us a 1/2 hour to get it situated enough that nobody was in danger of running it over, and it was protected. They showed up at 12:00 noon the next day, I never received a call they were coming, apologizing, explaining, nothing. Haven't heard from them since. Tried email, nothing. Do not use this company. Once they receive your money, they could care less about satisfying your needs. They also go by the name Long Island Party Depot and Big Time parties. read more

Please do not use this company, they are so horrible I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews are from real customers, I rented their services yesterday (6-10-2017) for Elmo and I was told the package included face painting, balloons and cotton candy for my 1 year old grandbaby birthday party in Belmont Lake State Park. #1 the face paint was dull and poorly executed #2 No power for their cotton candy machine, I was never told that I would need to supply power, the owner claim he does over 5,000 jobs a year, he should have known when I told him the party was in a park, that electrical power was needed, and should have supplied it or let me know so I could. #3 and the worse was the elmo, who was also the guy who twisted the balloons , he came into the park, still dressing into his elmo outfit with all the children watching, the outfit was raggedy and stringy, his eyeballs was invisible, facing all the way down towards his nose and the only way to see them was to stand underneath him, it scared the poor babies, He did not utter one word to the children, he did not talk, did not play games or dance with the children, Nothing, he may have moved 2 steps This was a horrible horrible experience and thank God they children were too young to remember, just horrible, On their facebook page you can not upload photos and I do believe that they delete negative comments so I will let every know through my reviews other places to Please do not use this company, you will be sorry You trust these companies to deliver what they advertise for your children special day and they could care less It's all about the dollars I almost forgot to mention , Like I said above the owner claims to have done over 5000 parties or whatever when I spoke to him on the phone, well then he should have known that there is a $8.00 fee to park in some suffolk parks, 2 people, the woman and elmo aka balloon boy and they arrived in 2 cars and called me because they did not have money to park , I asked them to just pay and I will reimburse them once they were in the park because I didn't want to walk back to the entrance and I didn't want to lose my parking spot, and the woman said they don't have any money on them at all read more

I used party depot for my nephews birthdays and my engagement party and they were just absolutely wonderful! The photographers were great, the dj was amazing, everything went just as it was planned. Brian and Will are so accomadating and very delightful to deal with they answered every question and concern I had. The pictures and video game out just beautiful! We just used LI party depot for our block party yesterday. We booked the waterslide/bouncy and cotton candy machine with attendant. These guys were great. Very professional, and excellent with the kids guiding each one down the waterslide so nobody would get hurt. Only 2 days before, we were able to book a dj through them as well and everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better day and thanks to party depot for making it great! We hired Party Depot for our daughters graduation party. Mason was our DJ, he was great! He played all the songs the kids liked and took all their requests. He had all of them up dancing and everyone had a great time! It started to rain but he came well prepared with a tent and just kept playing. He came early to set up and was a pleasure to work with. I personally had a great experience with Party Depot. They did my parents anniversary party and it was amazing. They handled every detail I could imagine. It really took the stress out of planning the surprise party. I only had to stop by their office once to go over everything and it really save me a lot of time not having to get everything done separately and visit multiple vendors. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process of planning and we're very helpful with suggestions bleeding right up to the day of the event. Everything almost went off without a hitch accept and no fault of theirs , the guests of honor arrived much later than we had planned for not realizing that they were late to their own party. The MC was amazing. Everybody was getting restless especially the kids and so he started playing games with the kids and making balloon animals for all the children. That was something I thought was really great because we hadn't even discussed that as part of our package. But when he saw the direction that are party was going he snapped into action. He made it otherwise uncomfortable situation seemed to fly by smoothly. As soon as the guests of honor arrive their DJ and MC brought the house down. Even my 86 year old great-aunt was out on the Dance Floor and wow will we ever treasure those photos because who knows how long she's going to be with us period we couldn't be happier with the service and integrity of this company. Do Not Use This Company! They took down their original Facebook page due to negative comments from customers. They are totally unprofessional. I booked them months ago for my daughters Sweet 16. I sent them (via debit card) a 100.00 deposit and asked for an e mail confirmation of this transaction and a copy of the contract via USPS. Never Got Anything From Them! I called several times and asked to speak to the owner, who was never in the office during regular business hours, and who never called me back dispite the 3 contact phone numbers I had left with my message. I finally called and asked for my deposit back which incurred a fury of threats, cursing and overall immature behavior from "John" who hung up the phone on me. I called back and was treated so poorly that I was shaking in my chair. He told me "Good Luck trying to get your money back." Then a man who said his name was Brian and informed me he was the owner called me at my job ( used his caller ID to see where I had called from) and apologized for the rude behavior of his employee. He said my money would be refunded in 5 days. Never Happened. I wrote a negative review on The Party Depot's original Facebook Page, which then caused representatives from The Party Depot to berate and slander me with immature comments. Others who had had horrible experiences with this company also wrote their experiences in response to my comments. The Party Depot Took Down Their Facebook Page and replaced it with a page that you can not add reviews for their company. You can not add reviews to their website either. What Does That Tell You???
