I went back because I needed 2 more inflated. The very rude man told me that he talked to his manager and said they were not profitable at that price so they were going to charge me extra. They ended up charging me $24.35 to inflate 2 balloons! I sell tassels on Etsy that hang from the balloons and wanted them for pictures to hold up the tassels. The ones they charged me all that money for couldn't hold up a tassel. I tried to connect it to the balloon and it went straight to the floor! He was extremely rude to me and treated me like I was trying to scam him out of his helium. Needless to say, I won't be going back there for ANYTHING!!!

The owners, managers, or whomever responsible for making sure there was enough costumes and accessories did a pretty good job. Now, here comes the issue...... the staff. I wholeheartedly understand that working retail and dealing with the general public has to be on of the hardest, annoying, bothersome and infuriating jobs in the world. People are rude and sometimes they take their day out on the staff of whichever store they go into, so I completely understand the frustration, especially when the store is busy. With all that being said, I asked one employee a question about necklaces, and I was already hesitant due to the look on her face. She looked as though I was intruding in her house. After having to repeat myself she said they're on the next aisle, but seemed rather annoyed that I even had the audacity to ask her a question. I go to the next aisle, they weren't there (No worries). Alright it's fine. I find them myself. I walk past another employee who looks even angrier than the last one and ask a question about hair/wigs. She looks at my like "why are you even talking to me"..... BECAUSE YOU WORK HERE.... but tells me to check the wig aisle with much attitude. I don't even say thank you and just walk away because the amount of hostility over a simple question made no sense to me. I finally just say I'm leaving and pay for my stuff at the cash register. There might of been four employees at the register and you guessed it, at least 2 of them looked as though they were dragged into work against their will, and had a taste of spoiled milk in their mouths. Like I stated before I understand that retail is hard but being busy is not an excuse for being the worlds most uninviting party city employees in America.

I stopped in two weeks ago to see if they would be able to help me with my gender surprise party and the balloon I needed to be filled. The staff was SO accommodating and very helpful. They had obviously done this before! I brought in my own large balloon- as they do not sell a gold balloon with a 36 inch diameter that I wanted for the party. They were more than happy to fill it for a small cost. I gave them our note from our Dr that indicated the baby's gender (that i did not want to see- as this was a surprise for us as well) and two packets of confetti- pink and blue. I asked them to please fill the balloon with the color coordinating confetti with the gender of the baby and to throw the other confetti out so i would not see it once i picked up the balloon. Also, i asked them to reseal the note so i would not see that, but i wanted it returned when i picked up the inflated, confetti filled balloon. Not only did they follow my instructions PERFECTLY, but they were SO nice and sweet about it all. They helped insure that the surprise was intact and I would not find out from them. It worked out awesome. I also purchased other balloons from them for decoration and i was able to pick them up at the time i specified and all was ready to go. I am so appreciate of their help and effort to make our gender surprise a successful surprise! You can tell they do this a lot!
