I have shopped at this Party City since they opened. It's a big store that stays crowded over the weekend and is far less crowded during the week days. It's a great place to make purchases for themed parties. They have all of the accessories and lots of colors to coordinate your decorations and food serving needs. The staff is almost never walking around assisting the customers. If you go to the cashier and make a request known they will find someone to help you. This is especially necessary if you are buying a piñata. The balloons are a big deal at Party City. They have lots to choose from that are display in the front of the store or sold in packages throughout each color and character section. The best thing to do is preorder your balloons and later come in at your convenience to them filled with helium and ready to go. Otherwise you will have a crazy long. read more

I was able to pick out and purchase balloons for my son's birthday online and when I came to pick them up, they were already ready!!! You seriously can't beat that! I had already paid so all I had to do was grab them and walk out the door. Amazing! I also got affordable party favors too. My reco is to look online at the selection before you go to the store, going around the store without browsing first is super overwhelming. read more

The service was "okay" in here. Each time I asked for help I was directed to where I might find the item. But after the third time of me asking I would figure I might be shown considering I obviously can't find it. The part that truly baffled me is that I came here to buy balloons. I bought a pack of 15 balloons at $4. When I brought them up and asked for them to be blown up I was informed it would be $1.50 per balloon, despite the fact I am buying them from them. I absolutely said Nevermind because that meant spending $23 on latex balloons to be blown up...? That's absolute insanity. I understand having to charge but for latex balloons that would is ridiculous. If I were you party city I might rethink that policy.... Charging is fine because everything costs money but yikes read more

Arrived 10 minutes early to pick up balloons that were pre-ordered. Was rudely informed that it was not 11 AM yet. I asked will they be ready by 11? Very rude young lady said "yes". I am back at 11 o'clock on the dot. 20 minutes later, no balloons yet. Will never shop here again if I can help it. read more

Had everything we needed for the party..very nice and clean well stocked store, not overcrowded in the aisles

I ordered balloons today for a graduation party. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the employees were working hard and remained pleasant even while the store was crowded. The manager also allowed a last minute balloon substitution instead of making me go back in line to pay for a small difference in price. He said that it was more important for me to leave happy. This shows me that he really cares about customer service. Thank you. read more

My family and I visited the winter garden party city. We were all excited to shop for Halloween costumes. When we got to the register the blonde girl with the nose piercing greeted us with a very ugly face. I guess she doesn't like her job. Anyway she was very rude to us. So rude, that we asked to be rung up by the manager. When the manager Jared came over, he said he could help us. We placed the items on the counter, and all of the sudden he was being extremely rude to us. So rude that we decided not to purchase the items anymore, and we left the store shocked at the poor and extremely rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and never shop at party city in winter garden. Terrible and lazy manage and employees... read more

I am stunned. My first time. I selected my items whilst dodging someone on a big ladder right in the aisle. I persevered and went to check out. ONE young girl waiting on the same woman for several long minutes. The guy on the ladder ran out. Another guy came up to help at the registers. The customer needed balloons. They are still waiting in line! Are you kidding me? Service is close to non existent and the wait to check out is ridiculous. The woman in front of me told me she never comes here when she's in a hurry. Death will come sooner. I left and will go to Target or elsewhere. How do you compete when your service is so poor. Tsk , tsk. read more

I went in there with all the other slackers to buy a last minute costume for my girls. The staff were completely aloof and unorganized (even in their attempts to be organized). In the end we got what we needed but the personel are not really "in-to" their job. Maybe that is just want happens in retail. I am not feeling compelled to come back there anytime soon. Even thought they have lots of stuff.. I am not into employees that seem unhelpful and aloof to what their clients needs. read more

Ordered balloons for pick up and when I arrived they hadn't even started and they weren't apologetic. Service just isn't good here anyway. When you go to check out or pick up something they look at you like you're a burden and you have to ask for help or your order. read more

We were waiting in line when a driver came to pick up some balloons and we understand having a stressful morning but instead of speaking calmly to the customers, the blonde balloon lady was yelling at a driver who came to pick up balloons. it looked like he didn't speak english, yet she continued to speak to him as if he was stupid read more

Jazmin is so fantastic from this location! She is so quick on her feet and knowledgeable, excellent service. She is also helpful and empathetic to her other co workers, i was only in the store for 5 minutes and i noticed this. Really great location! read more

I just want to say Thank you to Party City....my dilemma was I got locked out of my car with my cellphone and mask locked in it as well. They were very helpful seeing that I got proper help. You guys rock. Also I had to do some shopping and for a birthday party and they were stocked with everything. My hat off to Party City for helping me get through the day. SATISFACTION 100% read more

Melanie who rung us up was unprofessional, using the words "shit" and "fuck" with another customer with pink hair. She did left the register and the computer shut down and she had to ring us all over again. read more

Everything at the new Winter Garden shopping center is new and clean. Many of the stores, like Party City, are large too. There are row after row of party supplies and costumes. It is fun to wander around and check out all the cool stuff. There are things there you didn't even know existed! They have lots of balloons and even rent helium tanks. Employees seem to mostly be behind the counter and not overly friendly. read more

I usually have a good experience with Party City but lately it hasn't been the same quality service I would expect. This evening I arrived at 5:54 (they close at 6:00) because I needed something for my classroom. I saw people in line and new exactly what I needed. I was in line with my item at 5:59 and the young lady, Kayla, literally did not acknowledge us in any capacity. No eye contact, no words... and proceeded to tap her fingers as though we were troubling her. It was evident that she was annoyed and I even told her that I appreciated her letting us shop at the end of the night and still not a word. I understand wanting to go home but if your sign says open until 6:00, a consumer should feel welcome until 6:00. read more

Halloween costumes- nice selection but beware ridiculous process to get it. Huge hassle factor. First find the number of the costume on back wall. No one around to ask so head to registers. Told there should be a person back at wall so go back, find her. She puts in the "order" and tells you to go to another place and someone will give it to you. Wait, then same person who placed "order" just goes to get it for you. Quite ridiculous. Party City has been selling costumes for years. You think they would have it figured out by now without customers walking all over the store. Got home and pieces were missing from the package. Be sure to check before leaving the store! read more

Every time I come to this location, I walk out shaking my head. I don't know if the issue is the management or the people they hire, but Oh My God! read more

every time i go to this party city they are always out of helium. if your looking to get helium i recommend going to another party city or a target (the target is in the same parking lot). they say that they don't have any but they won't even go look. also super unfriendly staff members. shopping carts are nasty and so is the store mostly. from passed experiences here they never have the balloon order is ready on time. read more

I stopped by here to grab some birthday supplies and was overwhelmed with the amount of product they have here! Whatever type of celebration you're having they have the decorations for it and then they have items you never thought you needed for the party! You'll definitely be walking out with more than you expected. They even have aisles devoted just to specific colors and everything was really well organized. It's the toys r us of party planning! Some things are over priced but there aren't many other places to get some of these items. They have tons of helium balloons at the check out counter as well. The only down side is that the employees look exhausted and disinterested. There wasn't any communication other than the final total but I walked out with everything I needed and more! read more

Really good selection but bad costumer service. They talked the whole time and didn't really pay attention to us. A girl behind the counter was going to check us out and in the middle of it said never mind and walked away so someone else checked us out. read more

Saw a BIG rat in the store running around! Told the employee and he apologized and said he knew they had that problem in the past and he thought it was gone, but it is not, running around, be careful if ur terrified like i am! And 25 minutes for 1 balloon is crazy!!! They need help! read more

The store itself is laid out nicely, specifically when you compare it to older Party City locations like the one in Altamonte Springs. They had plenty of items in stock, many things I would have never thought of to use for a party (an probably never needed). We rented a helium tank from them for a party, the sales associate was helpful behind the counter. They did seem a bit understaffed though, as with only one cashier, I was holding up the line while waiting to get the tank, and then the lone manager there had to get it for me, causing a rather long wait. Overall, it is a nice store, but the managerial staff seems a bit underwhelming. read more

It's cheap, one-use stuff for a party. You can buy the illusion of fun. They have tiki gods, fake gee-tars and loads of beads. If it's made for an event, holiday or birthday - they have it and in an assortment of fashion colors. read more

I went to this Party City to go and get 2 numbered Birthdya balloons. There was a 45 minute wait just to blow up balloons. At least 6 staff were there behind the counter, chatting and not doing much. 2 girls were slowly blowing up a balloon here and there. Oddly there wasn't a large order they were handling. Just simply moving very slow, inattentive, and a lack of production. In the end I had to travel to another store spending an additional $10 to have these balloons blown up because this Party City does not blow up balloons as soon as you purchase them or designate roles accordingly. read more

Nice party city. It's busy but not unexpected being so close to Halloween. Good customer service. Sara was the name of the girl that helped me. read more

I called to see if they had a costume that was told by me was in stock. The girl put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and then said they didn't have it because she couldn't find them in the back?? The manager then got on the phone and was so rude. He said it's not my fault the inventory was incorrect and hung up on me! Every time I've attempted to go to this particular Party City there is always a disconnect with customer service!! Always a screwed up order and nobody seems to know what they are doing or takes responsibility. read more
