I called and spoke to Matt and he was able to accommodate my needs. In the course of a few days, my plans changed a few times but I was able to make the change in time and destinations easily. I did have a misunderstanding with the admin staff I was corresponding with via email but Matt was able to clarify. The night of my ride, my driver, Ben, communicated via text when he arrived (about 15 min early) and where to find him. I originally haz a 6 person limo but was upgraded to a 8 person and champagne and waters were provided. Ben was very friendly and patient. I had a mishap during the night and he did what he could to make it less inconvenient. He also offered suggestions on where to end the night.
