Angie is a powerhouse cleaner and she does what is asked. I make a list and she does it! I love the squeaky clean feeling when I come home after a days work when she has been their! She is so efficient with time! As well she even does my laundry!!! She does little touches that no other cleaner has ever done. Folds towels super unique! Always puts new garbage bags in the garbages and somehow makes them look so nice! She goes over and beyond! I trust her 100% and always recommend her to my clients as well!!! DO NOT use this company! booked a move out carpet clean and full cleaning of our home. The guy came…read morean hour late to clean the carpets. He used a portable carpet cleaning machine. When he got to bottom of stairs we saw his machine was leaking and spraying water all over our laminate flooring. My husband told him to stop and clean up the puddle on the floor so it didn't ruin our laminate. He argued with him, eventually wiped it up and left. we now have new stains on our carpet and the cleaning didn't get done. We ended up with a dirtier carpet than we started with and no cleaners. had to do it all ourselves. Katherine didn't address our concerns and even tried to bill for more than she quoted. Do not use this company, she's great at sales but not at cleaning!!

She not only did not complete the job but the little cleaning that she did was terrible. She dusted and vacuumed around things. She said she washed the floor but did not remove carpets and wash underneath. She did not even make the beds. She was going to leave and I pointed to her all the the things that I had requested that were not done (there were quite a few things not completed) I had clothes that I wanted folded so she folded some but they were inside out not folded correctly. It didn't look like anyone had cleaned. Also my son noticed his guitar was scratched and was not scratched before she came. Nadia basically made an excuse saying this was not her girl that she has on her team but someone she had hired from another company to cover for her because her other girls were busy. Nadia apologized and said pay what you think. I really felt I should have not even payed anything but I ended up payed $100. I will never use this service again.
