Angie is a powerhouse cleaner and she does what is asked. I make a list and she does it! I love the squeaky clean feeling when I come home after a days work when she has been their! She is so efficient with time! As well she even does my laundry!!! She does little touches that no other cleaner has ever done. Folds towels super unique! Always puts new garbage bags in the garbages and somehow makes them look so nice! She goes over and beyond! I trust her 100% and always recommend her to my clients as well!!! When he got to bottom of stairs we saw his machine was leaking and spraying water all over our laminate flooring. My husband told him to stop and clean up the puddle on the floor so it didn't ruin our laminate. He argued with him, eventually wiped it up and left. we now have new stains on our carpet and the cleaning didn't get done. We ended up with a dirtier carpet than we started with and no cleaners. had to do it all ourselves. Katherine didn't address our concerns and even tried to bill for more than she quoted. My bill was for double the charge that I was quoted and expecting. Not even half my house was completed. The two girls sent were friendly. They were here from 3 hours including their break which I was assured would not be clocked for but it was. My bill was for 6 hours. Katherine scoffed at me and questioned my intelligence when I questioned her bill. She then showed up at my door the next day saying she knows my cheque was received that day and demanded her money, implying I was on welfare. She said she just got her cheque and shes on disability. This was welfare wednesday. How does she run a business if shes getting government assistance? She told me if I dont pay by a certain day someone else will be knocking on my door. I am not a confrontational person so I said it would be paid. But for 3 cupboards, half my stove, the floor in 2 empty bedrooms and 1 full bathroom being cleaned; $260 seems a bit extreme. I was quoted by other companies $400 for my ENTIRE house, including windows and walls. I went with 'Meticulous Katherine' as I believed I was being charged $40/hr. Not $40/hr x 2. My husband is on disbaility. Real disability. Is ex-law enforcement and does not bode well to threats or shoddy workmanship so I am going to have to side with him when he says "let her send someone else to collect and see what happens."
