Doesn't work the hours she's paid for and it shows in her workmanship. Ripping customers off. At the start she provided excellent cleaning and slowly went downhill. I hired her for 4 hour cleanings. The first few times she worked the 4 hours. Then she started only working 3.5 hours then 3 hours. I continued to pay her for 4 hours for the last 4 years regardless. The last clean was absolutely atrocious. She worked 2.5 hours and left. During her time she mentioned she didn't feel like working that particular day. After she left I noticed that the kitchen faucets were not cleaned at all. Went to make coffee and noticed the stainless steel on my coffee makers were all smudged as if they were wiped down with dirty rags. They looked worse than before she came. After that I thought I would check all my kitchen appliances. Sure enough she didn't even dust and/or clean them. This was absolutely not acceptable so I sent her message setting out all the deficiencies. She absolutely lost it. Yeah, crazy lost it then ghosted me. I am absolutely shocked at her behaviour. With respect to the hours she said she charges $40 an hour since the start of this year. Not once did she tell me her rates went up. Instead, of working the 4 then 3 down to 2.5 hours she just reduced the hours to ensure she was getting $40.00 per hour. She should have notified me of the rate increase and not just reduce the hours and do an absolutely atrocious job. I have been paying her $40.00 per hour since she started working for me 4 years ago since she only actually worked 3 hours each time. She takes on more work than she can handle. Does 3 to 4 houses a day and always complaining she's tired. Just wants to collect money money money without doing the services she was hired for.

Nadia basically made an excuse saying this was not her girl that she has on her team but someone she had hired from another company to cover for her because her other girls were busy. She then showed up at my door the next day saying she knows my cheque was received that day and demanded her money, implying I was on welfare. She said she just got her cheque and shes on disability. This was welfare wednesday. How does she run a business if shes getting government assistance? She told me if I dont pay by a certain day someone else will be knocking on my door. I am not a confrontational person so I said it would be paid. But for 3 cupboards, half my stove, the floor in 2 empty bedrooms and 1 full bathroom being cleaned; $260 seems a bit extreme. I was quoted by other companies $400 for my ENTIRE house, including windows and walls. I went with 'Meticulous Katherine' as I believed I was being charged $40/hr. Not $40/hr x 2. My husband is on disbaility. Real disability. Is ex-law enforcement and does not bode well to threats or shoddy workmanship so I am going to have to side with him when he says "let her send someone else to collect and see what happens."
