Even when I had to switch my event date due to snow and when I was running late to pick up the chairs, he was very helpful. The price was extremely reasonable. He called to confirm things exactly when he said he would and scheduled to pick up the chairs at a time that was convenient for me. My only issue was that the credit card machine was down so I had to use cash for the deposit but he let me know that in advance and wrote a clear receipt for me, so everything worked out fine. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I'd recommend them without reservations.

This organization deserves every one-star review they've received; I'm sure you can trace every five-star review back to someone in the bloodline. This isn't a professional rental company, it's (at best) an individual with a bunch of stuff they *sometimes* loan out. I say "sometimes" because I'd imagine 60%+ of their inquiries go unfulfilled as I (and a few others) had to *literally* beg them for a quote. And then personally follow-up for an invoice, payment collection, delivery and pick-up information. And, when I say follow-up I mean over-and-over-and-over again with days (if not weeks) between each of their (read: his) replies. No one ever answers the phone, so don't even waste your time. Our original order was a hundred-or-so chairs for an event in mid-May; after the event date was changed we decreased the order amount to fifty. The original invoice asked for a deposit and, on my follow-up as to "how to pay," I was required to pay in full. Not a problem or cause for a second thought, as my contractor trusted them immensely, obviously. But, when the order quantity changed they (again, read: he) refused the refund. The chairs were delivered to the venue a day early; thankfully the venue didn't charge us for taking up the space. And, they weren't picked up for more than 48-hours; causing the venue to have to reach out, to my team and I, to (again) coordinate their (y'aknow, read: his) logistics. Customer service goes a long way and, I guess it's true, you never really know who you're serving. Super disappointed in this experience and definitely won't be using them again. The reason for sourcing a service like this is to ...be relieved of all of this.

On the day of the event, Liberty delivered and set-up the tents and dance floor but did not provide the heater and side walls. It was not until I arrived at the venue, 2 hours before the wedding ceremony, that I saw the items were missing. They did not notify me that those items would not be arriving. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with on the day of and prior to the event. The owner, Chris, offered no solution or explanation. I've been trying to contact regarding a refund for weeks and they have not responded after multiple follow ups.
