There's no entry fee to get in, but the attractions like the corn maze, childrens play area, etc. are paid to get in. You can either pay with cash at the ticket booth or buy in online ahead of time/right there. It's a bit cheaper to buy online! The corn maze was okay, it's kind of too easy. The paths go up and downhill and if you choose the wrong direction, it just turns you around. It's hard to get lost in there. We finished it in about 30 minutes. There's also a smaller hay maze that you can see out of. The animal section was awesome. Lots of friends to see from goats to ducks and a pony area where you can feed them or kids can ride them. The gift shops we're okay, lots of treats reasonably priced, but nothing that really stood out to be. I was excited for apple cider donuts and they were good, but not great! While this is not my favorite farm/orchard its worth a visit and i'll be back next year!

The car show gets a few hundred cars. If you want to enter your car it's $20 cash at the gate. They give you a small tin plaque and a registration card for your window. Since my car isn't winning any awards I don't stay till 3 pm to await the judges choices. My car is nice, but not prize winning nice but that's ok. It's a fun few hours. It got too hot by noon to stay longer. Weather in early May is tricky. Highly recommend checking out the car show. The general store on the grounds is huge. Bought lots of stuff to take home.

All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals in their care. A standout was Nick, who shared the backstory of the gibbons, the sloth, and others, we learned so much from him in just a few minutes! They are currently seeking status that will allow them to apply for grants, and they have a donation box to help them improve/increase one of the bear enclosures. If you can visit, definitely do so. If you can donate, so much the better!

One thing I really appreciate about the zoo is that you don't necessarily see every animal every time you visit. At first that might seem disappointing, but I actually think it's a good thing. The animals have spaces where they can get away from the crowds and have some privacy instead of being on display 24/7. The animals all looked healthy and well cared for, and I love the way the zoo is designed around them. They even have tunnels and bridges that let the animals cross above and around visitors, so you sometimes get these really cool up-close views from unexpected places. I also learned from a 52 Firsts event that Philadelphia Zoo was the first zoo in the United States! So technically I'm standing in some serious zoo history. They also have a petting zoo with goats and sheep, and they were all incredibly chill and friendly. Definitely a fun area for kids. And it's not just animals. The zoo hosts all kinds of events and cultural celebrations throughout the year. I happened to stumble across the Odunde celebration during one visit and it was such a lovely surprise. There are always things happening in the less animal-focused areas, so there's usually something extra going on. The volunteer staff are also wonderful. You can tell a lot of them genuinely enjoy being there, and everyone I interacted with was so sweet and happy to help. Overall, I always have a great time here. It's a little expensive, but between the animals, the history, the events, and how well everything seems cared for, I think it's worth the visit.

People were taking more food then ordered as no one is watching what people grabbed and the sodas with the QR code is a great idea but if you don't fill it up the first time, you are out of luck. These vendors seemed to be picked for their close to nature wares which included natural soap and scrubs, the lady Who Made cork handbags, A man and woman who made beer bottle openers out of half horseshoes, and the lady who made homemade dog treats. I was thrilled to purchase 2 handmade items from Annabelle's Wish stand. Annabelle's Wish helps children and family struggling with rare neurological disorders. There's a food station where you can purchase food and drinks, although the eating area is fairly small. If you need more seating, you can head over to the merry-go-round area, which has additional tables and seating. Overall, Please Touch Museum is a great place for families, especially if you're looking for somewhere where kids can stay entertained for hours. I'd definitely visit again!
