The bucatini with lobster was delicious with a nice kick from the Calabrian chili. The paccheri was a standout. It reminded me of a rich, slow-cooked pot roast but with pasta instead of potatoes. Easily my favorite of the night. And of course, the chicken parmesan was exactly what we came for. Thick cut, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and smothered in red sauce, served with spaghetti. So good.
