It's intimate in the best way, beautifully designed, with a great bar vibe. One of my favorite touches is being able to sit by the window and watch the pasta being made. Our server Nicole was amazing. She gave thoughtful recommendations and made the whole experience feel really special. We started with the supplì, which is like a rice-based version of a mac and cheese bite with red sauce, so good. The prosciutto bruschetta was also incredible and a very generous portion. For pastas, we tried a few and each one was so unique. The scarpinocc had this slightly sweet, really balanced flavor with beet, pickled orange, and butter. The bucatini with lobster was delicious with a nice kick from the Calabrian chili. The paccheri was a standout. It reminded me of a rich, slow-cooked pot roast but with pasta instead of potatoes. Easily my favorite of the night. And of course, the chicken parmesan was exactly what we came for. Thick cut, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and smothered in red sauce, served with spaghetti. So good. For dessert, the individual popsicle was such a fun and unique touch, definitely worth trying. We also shared the crepe with ricotta and fruit, which was a perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a spot worth going out of your way for.

The food was mediocre, especially the smash sandwich. When I asked the server if they had iced tea or lemonade, she didn't know! The bench seats are uncomfortable, the tables are small, and the seating is so close together that the waitress kept bumping our table when she was serving other people. We wanted to like Lilliana's, but we won't be going back.

We had excellent service, recommendations, food & drink. The restaurant is busy and as is the case with many local owner operated small to mid size spots in the area they do have a time limit on tables on evenings when they are booked with reservations. I can respect that and they are clear about it. Bar seating is on a first come first served basis. My husband & son are regulars at Marma. It never disappoints!

Now the good: the food was absolutely incredible. Easily a 10/10. Our group of five had a variety of dishes; the Marma burger, Rosa fettuccine, pesto penne, walleye, and Bang Bang shrimp - and every single one was excellent. The whipped feta and Brussels sprouts were standouts and a must-order. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, and our service was fantastic; attentive, friendly, and seamless. That said, the 90-minute table limit made the experience feel rushed. With five people ordering drinks, appetizers, and entrées, it's just not realistic to have a relaxed dinner in that timeframe. We didn't even have time for dessert before being asked to wrap up. What made it more frustrating was that tables of four across from us were seated before we arrived and were still comfortably enjoying their meals while we were being rushed out. Bottom line: amazing food and great service, but if you're looking for a leisurely, relaxing dinner - especially with a group - this may not be the best fit. Go for the food, just be prepared for the pace.

Marma - A nice cozy atmosphere. Kind of tricky to just walk in and get a table, though.

I shared the loaded fries, onion rings, and boneless chicken wings served with ranch and habanero sauce. The chicken wings were my favorite. They had a tasty dry rub on it. I thought the habanero sauce was tame, but tasted great. The fries could have used more seasoning and meat. I actually didn't even realize there was meat in the dish until digging through it. The onion rings were crunch and flavorful. Personally, next time I'd pass ok the loaded fries. I do commend this establishment on their management. I did experience a problem during my meal. A server accidentally dropped a few sides of ranch while delivering the meals, and it landed down the back of my jacket. They not only covered the dry cleaning bill, but also covered the cost of the jacket when the stain did not completely come out. It's the care like this that I will remember and keep me coming back.

Decided to split a few appetizers: onion rings, boneless wings, and fiesta fries. The food was decent overall, but the fiesta fries were a bit disappointing and overly messy with too much cheese (I don't remember them being like that). I'd probably try a sauce on the wings next time. Our server, Nicole, was fine but nothing memorable. Also worth mentioning, gratuity was automatically added to the bill. One thing I appreciate about Ray J's is their large menu with many options. Lots of tv's available for sports watching and pull tabs.

Dinner and a show spot!…read more @alamotwincities in Woodbury is a perfect all in one outting. They have a restaurant/bar outside of the theaters but no need really because you can order food and drinks during the movie and never leave your seat! They have nicely spaced seats that recline, full menu, discrete lighting, notepads and pens to write your order down and a server will grab your order once it's propped up then your food will come out shortly. Tonight we saw a long 3 hour movie which was perfect to get dinner and then later dessert and a snack during the show. (Food pics were in the dark so I did my best) My our order tonight that I'd point you towards in order: Chicken Tenders with dry rub, added ranch and honey mustard for dips. These are awesome. My top pick here. Chocolate Chip Cookies. They come out warm and perfect. Milkshakes (didn't get one this time but goes well with warm cookies) Truffle & Parmesan popcorn. All of their popcorn options are free refills. Royal with cheese burger. This was a decent choice to get. Going to the movies theater always brings back nostalgia, joy and excitement. This adds another layer of enjoyment with having dinner or snacks served while you watch your movie. If you've never gone, highly suggest you do.
