I don't attend therapy here anymore but two of my children do and I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the therapists. Like many places, they've experienced staff changes over the years due to life circumstances, such as people moving away or changes in management. Even through those transitions, the therapists who remain continue to provide exceptional care. I especially want to recognize Lauren. She has been working with my young teen for almost a year, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen, adjusts his treatment plan when something isn't working, and makes sure he feels comfortable and supported. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and her passion for helping people shines through in every appointment. Finding a physical therapist who connects so well with a teenager isn't always easy, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have Lauren. She has made a real difference in my son's progress and confidence. We are so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. Thank you, Lauren, for everything you do!

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS! They tried to rob me blind by charging $70 when my copay is clearly $10!…read moreThese money-hungry vultures prey on people who don't know their insurance benefits. When I called them out on it, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Went to Gemini instead and guess what? Paid my ACTUAL $10 copay with zero issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague - they're clearly in the business of scamming patients rather than helping them. Can't believe they're still allowed to operate. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy being ripped off! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and insurance board.

So i went and was prescribed a med that didnt work. Went back for follow up. Said that didn't work.. We discussed my continued follow up with my ortho. But nothing for pain. Just sent home with no treatment plan, no follow-up.. Nothing. So what do i do now.. Go find another pain management and say I have an orthopedist to fix the orthopedic problem but I have to have you fix the pain problem. I mean I don't understand where to go from here. I was with my last pain management for 15 years before they moved to a location further from me. So this is brand new for me to start new with the doctor and they're not getting my concerns. I guess. So I don't think I'm going to be able to return because nothing is happening here there's no plan . I'm just paying money to go in there and tell him what my orthopedist is doing and I'm getting nothing back from them.

I've been seeing Dr Garcia for about 6 months now. He has the best bed side manners of any Dr I…read morehave ever seen. He has explained  in great depth what my condition is so that I can understand. I have something called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.  I have never heard of this, so he has educated me on it a lot. He does not give you false hope. If it's a 50/50 chance he lets you know. When it comes to blocks. He's not a pill pusher. I like that about him. He does try procedures first.  He takes all the time you need with him until you understand the procedures and process of how he's going to treat you. You will not find a better Dr. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everyone always says hi and ask how  I'm doing or if I need anything I would definitely recommend Dr Garcia if you have any kind of pain. He genuinely cares for his patients.

I went to office and filled out 12-15 forms to re establish new paient records, Saw Lindsey Perez,…read more she was great. She said labs would take 1-2days on Tuesday, on Friday I called back to see about labs and meds, Josephine told me she tried calling me back 5 or 6 times but it was a non working number, she repeated back a number from 12yrs ago, I explained my new number was on all my new paient paperwork, then she said Lindsey said that I needed to come in and do labs so that I could get on new meds, I explained I had done all labs on my Tuesdays visit. Josephine then stated we have alot of new people here. Then said "we a doing the best with what we have" I started feeling very put out. So I called back and left a message with Jazmine asking Lindsey to call me. This am i received a call from Jazmine saying Lindsey left her a message late on Friday regarding my call, and Lindsey said I would need to wait on Labs. I explained after all of that, My call was not regarding labs, she replied oh thats what Lindsey assumed thats why she didnt reach out. Well this is scary, the staff has thier own agenda, and blocks calls, doesnt do due dillegence, doesnt know phone numbers , doesnt know wether or nor labs have been already completed, assume what calls are about and I feel very unsure about this whole expierence. I always really liked Dr. Salim but his staff leaves something to be desired.
