They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.

I was called back to fill out paperwork with a girl (instead of doing it alone in the waiting room). I wish I known her name. She was super friendly and helpful. My technician was Angelica and she was wonderful. She definitely made me feel at ease. The best part was that the procedure wasn't uncomfortable at all! I'll definitely return for future mammograms.

They were very helpful and took care of the issue for me. My tests are read and results posted very quickly...as in a matter of hours. I had to use another facility last week because Alliance's CT machine was't working. The office manager called ahead and made sure they knew I was fasting and needed to be seen right away. The second facility had a nice staff and I was seen fairly quickly but I am still waiting on the results! That was 4 days ago! Also, as for the wait time, I have never had an issue.

Every member of staff I saw was extremely caring and helpful. I am a hard stick but the nurses patiently took their time and found a vein without poking me multiple times. Then Ken (we are on a first name basis with all the staff) who makes a point of acknowledging all the patients coming in for treatment. Of course, my very favorite therapist, Van. he's patient and thorough, and very creative. if something doesn't work for you, he invents another similar procedure that accomplishes the same outcome. this is the only place I will come for therapy. it has helped me a great deal.
