The night was really busy but I was constantly checked on, offered snacks and beverages and amazing care. Dr. Dean Moore was amazing and I can't remember the African-American nurse practitioners name but she was so gentle and informative! They made sure that I had my doctors note for work and even gave me copies of my x-rays on CD-Rom. Personalized care for sure. 10/10 would recommend!

I went into the emergency room with severe abdominal pain and the staff got me in with 30 minutes even the ED was full - they recognized that I was in severe pain. I was the admitted to the surgical unit and prepped for surgery. My surgeon showed up at 11:00PM!! And I was in the operating room within 15 minutes. They saved my life! I would recommend this hospital to anyone in the Southeast Harris Co area and beyond. Everything the medical center can offer, they can do as well, except heart surgery.

Not to mention it's by appointment so why would they be there at nine if your scheduled appointment is at 10, five minutes won't kill you. By the way they have captured my baby at every stage thus far from 8 weeks, til now at 22 weeks, and my baby isn't the most cooperative but they do the best they can, even if that means scanning me a little longer to get the shot. Like somehow that's my problem and an acceptable reason for being matter of fact about everything. I waited an hour and a half before they decided to give me pain meds in my I.V. The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! I'm about to yank this IV out and get me an Uber back to my truck. I'm over this already. Been here 2 hrs and still know nothing.
