Havn't had many fillings as I look after my teeth but those I have had have not been traumatic. There are 3 dentists in total. It is mainly a private practice but fees are not exorbitant and I believe children of patients are seen free of charge. My daughter and grandchildren go there too-the children love their visits. The good thing about Chandos is that their very focused on cleanliness - they reiterate it in the practice, and further on the website, claiming they've invested in vigorous disinfectant systems, to the extent that even the door handles are decontaminated. The service is professional, friendly and efficient, and the examination room is, not surprisingly, extremely clean and well equipped. If you've got the money to spend on dentistry, Chandos is a pretty good option to go for.

After they all failed I changed dentist: 2 x fillings had air pockets underneath and after alot of pain needed changing. 1 x perfectly healthy tooth was destroyed and needed £1000 root canal surgery to fix. The surgeon said he had never worked on such a healthy tooth. Thanks to Dr Hamidi I was in nightmareish agony and am very out of pocket. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! I would be suprised if his qualifications are actually real.

The Dentist Dr Whyte is both highly professional, and reassuring. I have now had a few treatments including fillings, and have not had any pain at all, nor has it been stressful. Dr Whyte also took time to talk over the options with me, rather than rushing me in and out. Would not hesitate to recommend Beau Monde to young and old.

My treatment was not successful. Despite being assured it was very simple and I should not worry I…read morehad to return a number of times after treatment by Dr Massimo Giovarruscio. Firstly because the filled tooth was not smoothed off and caused mouth and tongue ulcers and subsequently for pain. After an x-ray my pain was dismissed as of having no cause and I was advised to continue with mouthwash and painkillers. Returning on emergency appointments to see Dr Alan Holland it was identified through scans and investigations that the tooth was suffering from resorption that was now too far advanced to cure. I ended up being referred for an extraction which added additional costs and I will now need a dental implant once this has healed at further cost. Treatment will cost me around £5k once complete. I am very disappointed at the outcome, pain endured and costs and the failure to identify and treat the problem when I originally highlighted it. It can take a long time to get an appointment and then to be booked in for treatment. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I found Dr Holland to be the more experienced dentist who correctly identified my problem in the end. Dr Giovarruscio lacks bedside manner and dismissed my concerns too quickly about post operative pain leading to the loss of my tooth.
