Identified the issue in my roof and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable cost. I waited a bit to write this review see if it held up. They responded promptly and came out to my property to provide an estimate for the repairs. After receiving the estimate, we scheduled a date and time for the work to be completed Drew's Roofing arrived as scheduled and carried out the necessary repairs. The new shingles were expertly installed; you cannot distinguish where the new shingles were added from the original roof. The vents were properly retarred as well. Although my project was relatively small, Drew's Roofing treated it with the same professionalism and attention as if they were working on a full roof replacement. They honored the agreed-upon price, completed the repairs efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwork was done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Drew's Roofing for any roofing needs, large or small. Their commitment to quality and customer service exceeded my expectations.

Jason Westfall has surpassed our expectations, made the entire process efficient, top-notch professional (the entire work crew), using techniques that ensure us they didn't miss a spot, replacing every piece of existing wood that wasn't healthy before proceeding to the other layers of protection, and finally the new shingles, ... all using equality materials. The job was all done within 2 days with expert clean-up system (not a piece of debris or other found around the house in the 3 weeks since) They were transparent about cost, and in our 50+ years as home owners adding new roof 3 times... we were charged the most reasonable price by this company. No schedule was ever confirmed, no materials were delivered, and no work was performed. Now, after months of silence, they are demanding over $12,000 and threatening litigation -- despite doing nothing to fulfill their contractual obligations. Since reviewing the project more closely, we've also discovered issues in other documents that raise concerns about their practices and professionalism. Unfortunately, it seems we're not alone -- their pattern of poor communication and lack of accountability is reflected in other customer reviews as well.
