The paralegals are RUDE! Donna was not helpful at all! All we wanted to do was pay our medical bill that fell through the cracks with Covid and moving. Donna was rude and when I asked her why she stated that instead of talking to me my husband could call. They separated the bill which I understood but could not explain why they are charging 2 attorneys fees! Our VA urology bill is one bill totaling $601. This organization is horrible. They are not forthright. Pat the office manager and most representatives misrepresent. The do not check email. The attorney at court you must not listen to him go with the judge. The only goal they gave us to garnish you. Keep all correspondence and fax confirmation. They are not here to assist.
