if I could give a zero rating it would be to much, I needed insurance for a new business, so I stopped in a older gentleman had me sit down ,told him what I needed, and he said no problem ,had me sign a couple papers and told me this policy is for liability for 500,000.. I said no I only need a 100,000. he said that will be 500. down... I said I cant do that I said all I have on me is 350. he said than ill do a 300,000. liability , I needed it right away so I conceded to his demand . so three days later I picked up my certificate to take to city hall, and was told this doesn't name a insurance company on it , so the city called parrilli and they said oh sorry have him come back we will take care of it... a week goes by I get the call from Nancy to come pick it up and I did, another week went by and the business didn't pan out ,so I went in and cancelled the policy signed the paper and waited for some sort of return check or insurance policy from whatever company they assigned me to NOTHING so I waited a month, called yesterday asked what is the statist on my return check... the very next day I received a personal parrilli check for 26.00 dollars that's right I went over there to ask was this a joke , and was told that's all I'm getting I told him chuck that he can rip me off I don't mind but don't insult me give me 100.00 and ill chalk it up to experience he said we'll ill have to look at my books there at the other office. I said fine ill be here tomorrow and start picketing and go on yelp and Facebook and the I team and channel two on your side ...im a little guy with no recourse and he knew it read more
