I've tried al pastor at different spots and it could be a hit or miss. Ordered the Al Pastor Torta and this was so good!! Our last day in Cancun and we wanted to go back hoping to order more al pastor but since we came too early it wasn't ready yet. If you're wanting to try it, I would say aim for a later time! Sadly, we didn't get a chance the second time but it was definitely memorable. This spot is super chill to drink and eat. Good service as well.

What a mistake! Not only was it a repeat of the rude customer service, the food was cold and stale - despite taking nearly 20 minutes to prepare. Also, I noticed the person preparing my Big Mac was not wearing any gloves. Yikes!!! The employees seem annoyed by the sight of a Gringo in their presence, even though I was soooo polite and appreciative. I would just tell American and Canadians not to bother and just steer clear. Spend your Pesos somewhere else. I wish the employees cared a little more. This place could be a much better experience even if they tried just a little harder!

The chicken is tasty and crunchy, the burgers are relatively big and volumy compared to other chain shops that sells hamburguers. But in the other hand, because of the reason that this shop is a fast food shop, well, it's not defective, but the quality does not surpass the "fast food shop" quality. Another unsatisfying point to denigrate is that the time to wait from the time that you order the food, to the time that the food is done and delivered is too long for this place to be called a fast food restaurant. I mean, usually fast food restaurants take about 10 ~ 20 minutes for an order to be done, but Kentucky Fried Chicken takes from half an hour for minimum, and up to an entire hour, if the restaurant is in the peak hour. It might take more time than an average fast food restaurant, and obviously way more than an average restaurant. If you have time and a lot of hunger, i might think it is a good place to buy their food, but if you don't, it may not be the greatest option.

I'm originally from California and I'm not sure if the MCD's in America have poor quality food?? Because at this location I was actually impressed or maybe it was a placebo? don't know, but what I do know is that the chicken sandwich I ordered was satisfying. The chicken actually tasted like real chicken breast, I didn't feel like I was eating MCD's. Even the apple pie tasted better than it did in the USA.
