These are the best donuts I have ever had in my life! To be fair they almost don't feel like a traditional donut as they are significantly fluffier and airy as they dough they use is more croissant like. They are fresh baked and constantly served warm and I can easily eat 3 or more. if you are going for the first time, I really would recommend ordering several donuts and trying a bit of each as I genuinely can't tell you my favorite. Their crème brûlée is phenomenal but so is the strawberry and every other donut I've ever tried from them. I referred so many friends here, and they all say the same thing... I decided to wait until after the hype of the Grand Opening to visit. I drove by it last month and it always seemed busy. When I went today, it wasn't chaotic at all. The interior was so cute and decorated for the holidays. I noticed they have a drive thru which is convenient. On to what everyone cares about lol the doughnuts... soooo friggin good! But huge!! And kinda messy haha I only ate 1/4 of one tbh it was so big. I saw they have minis and that's probably a better option for me. Definitely something I'd bring to a party. I also bought a keto doughnut for the hubs. The staff was really nice about explaining things to me. I didn't see the keto doughnut I wanted out but they went ahead and made one to order! Parlor Doughnuts is hands down the cutest and most aesthetically pleasing donut shop I have ever stepped into. The service was wonderful, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman who helped us gave me a couple mini donuts for my baby, which was beyond sweet and thoughtful. My husband and I are HUGE on savory, and wasted no time trying out their Chicken Bacon Ranch and Pig & Fig donuts! The Chicken Bacon Ranch was a 10/10, super flavorful and exactly what I had hoped it would be! My husband was definitely jealous of my donut and wished he had picked the same. However, he still enjoyed his Pig & Fig and said it was pretty tasty! As for our sweet choices, we ordered the Blueberry Cheesecake and the Carmel Bourbon! The Blueberry Cheesecake donut was delightful! I think it could be a little sweeter along with extra blueberries to top it off but definitely a win for those who prefer a lesser sweet option. For the Carmel Bourbon my husband said was delicious, fantastic, and satisfied his donut craving. Lol. We will most definitely be returning to this establishment! read more

Horrible service. First we walk in and 80% of the donuts are out of stock. Then we go to take our order and we stand there for 5 minutes while the person who finally served us was just walking around and talking to her coworker. My boyfriend orders his food tell him I will get my own, as I tell him that she looks at me and acknowledges that I am ordering next. It comes to be my turn and she makes eye contact at me and a continues to let me stand at the register while she walks around. I wanted a soda but turns out they are out of carbonation. We sit down and almost all tables are dirty. I bet my food and the box is covered in stuff. We waited 10 minutes for my boyfriend's donut that he never got and then he had to ask for it. These were honestly some of the best donuts we've ever had in Wichita. My husband and I lived there most of our lives, so when we went back home to visit, we were excited to check out the new donut spot -- and it did not disappoint. The donuts were the perfect mix of classic favorites and fun, modern twists. And the service? Truly impressive. We ordered a catering box of coffee, and the employee actually counted out the exact number of creams and sugars to match the coffees, then arranged everything so it looked great when we pulled it out of the bag. I worked in hospitality for years, and I can tell you... most people would've just tossed a random handful in and called it good. All around, such a great experience. Lucky enough to travel to Wichita for business and be here for opening weekend which was super busy. I got there right at closing and they were nice enough to serve me. They ran out of a lot of stuff. Fortunately I had been to a parlor before and the delish doughnut standard continues at this location. Food was great per usual. Like I said it was very busy at closing time. Location is well decorated. Doughnuts were great. I always order a gluten free just to try which was ok. I did love my pesto sandwich and the avocado toast was 8/10. Wished it was hot but still good. Anyways it's a fancy doughnut shop with lots of food options. You will pay fancy prices which depending on your own situation could be a special treat or a weekly visit. Regardless, my kids LOVE Parlor and so do I. This location meets the standard deliciousness I have seen at other Parlor shops and I highly recommend this location!! read more

Doughnuts were solid, honestly really tasty and fresh. Way better than the usual Dunkin' or grocery store ones I grab for the office. The guy behind the counter was friendly, no complaints there. Only downside is the price for a dozen. They're definitely good, but not good enough to pay double for what I pay at Crispy donuts. For me they're more of an every-once-in-a-while thing instead of my regular order. Still worth trying if you're in the area. read more

Donuts were fine, service was horrible, cashier couldn't count back change properly and we waited 30 minutes for drinks, while everyone else that ordered after us got their drinks (multiple parties). When I asked about our drinks, we were told they were doing drive through drinks first, then ours. Yet they did other people who walked in before us. The donuts were AMAZING and even when we had a struggle deciding the staff was AMAZING and patient! My favorite is the maple bacon donut! I've had two horrible experiences with this place. The first was on Christmas Eve when I placed my order four days in advance I was called to come pick up my donuts early cause they were closing at 11:30 on Christmas Eve when I got there none of my donuts were made correctly, all of them were messed up. She said she gave me extra donuts, but they were not good. I decided to give them another try today. I placed an order last night. They called me first thing this morning at 8:30 AM to tell me that they were all out of all the donuts I ordered !! this place obviously does not know what they're doing.
