Like many other Shoppers, you're forced to run the gauntlet through the perfume section before entering the store proper. No respect from a certain staff. I guess she wanted us to feel incompetent. After all, we are all human. My advice is to apologize when you are wrong. The delivery is awful. We called to give a gentle kind and polite reminder. Got to a point at times, they delivered twice daily. If you are a senior please don't need the delivery option.

He clearly does not have the same customer service or social skills as the other workers. He is extremely flippant with customers and his staff members (in front of customers), not warm at all and is also belittling. He miscommunicated about payment on the phone and when I asked him about that, he snapped at me, said he told me and went right into the back of the store again. No apology or accountability on his end and clearly no respect for the loyal clientele. I watched an assistant rush around, clearly stressed, with a huge line up and I saw that he was berating her and then returning to the back of the store again. My family members have caught him being rude with the assistants and clerks several of time. Not a fan of his attitude at all and I don't understand where he gets off thinking that conducting yourself in such a way is acceptable. Whenever I see him working now, I wait for the other pharmacist. I refuse to work with him. If he continues to interact poorly with me, I will probably transfer all of my prescriptions to Shoppers. Definitely not okay.

I have advised them of this and provided the updated number *so many times* yet everyone I have spoken to just shrugs and no one will take the initiative or responsibility to update their system to correct or prevent a simple mistake. This happens with EVERY REPEAT. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for a month now , and when I called today for an update ,the person I spoke to was dismissive, in a hurry to end the calL and impatient when I asked them to confirm the fax number they were sending to . She talked over me , insisting that this was just how their system worked and could not be updated. I called my drs office- this is the ONLY shoppers location where this is an issue. They just dont care enough to fix it.
