I recently attended a funeral at this funeral home. It was a very nice service. But we were very…read moreupset about the handling of the flowers. They were very expensive flowers. Usually the flowers are set up with the grave but our flowers (and all the others) were set on the ground over to the side in the 90 plus degree heat. We went off to lunch and came back a couple of hours later. The flowers were still laying on the ground down the hill from the grave. They should have, at least, been put up by the grave.

My brother's name was wrong on the visitation display and in initial paperwork until I pointed it out. He appeared confused during the service, mixed up who he gave memorial items to, and failed to organize our family for the processional therefore, immediate family members were seated 4 - 5 rows back. It appeared that they had never done a funeral before. Afterward, neither he nor his staff returned my calls. I would not recommend them to any grieving family. I was extremely saddened from this experience that was already difficult
