Pretty good chain. Went to the Hoover location across from the Galleria. The first young man who…read moreassisted me came over straight away and explained the club membership process as I payed at the drive up kiosk. (Very helpful.) The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

Being a woman, there's a rep that people in the auto maintenance field will try to take advantage of you. I shopped around and I did get the run around in pricing. My coworker has been going to Lee-Rodgers for years, so I decided to ask her what her thoughts were on my situation and she highly recommended them. I called the store and informed Mark (one of the owners) what I needed. He asked me to send photos of the damage and my tires to his email. He shopped around to find me a used wheel and got me a great deal on tires. You also get a free rotation on your set at Lee-Rodgers for the lifetime of the tires. I dropped off my car in the morning and they called around 3:30 to say it was ready. When I got to the store I didn't see my car- they went ahead and changed out another new tire because one of them deflated and they wanted to make sure I didn't have a bad tire. A+ service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while also not spending an arm and a leg. Highly recommended and they've gained a new client in me!

I paid $839.00 for a radiator replacement and picked up my vehicle believing the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, the vehicle continued overheating shortly after the repair and later became inoperable, requiring it to be returned to the shop. My vehicle remained there for an extended period. During that time, I called regularly for updates and was repeatedly told that no one had looked at it. As a small business owner who depends on my work van, being without my vehicle caused transportation expenses, lost work opportunities, and financial hardship. I was also concerned that my repair invoice stated my vehicle had "numerous oil leaks," but another inspection I obtained around the same time did not document any oil leaks. When I asked for supporting documentation, I did not receive photographs or diagnostic evidence explaining that notation. After my vehicle was returned, I continued investigating the overheating issue and discovered additional concerns with the cooling system. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company and spoke with a representative who expressed interest in resolving it, but we were ultimately unable to reach an agreement. Every repair experience is different, but based on my experience, I was disappointed with the repair outcome, the length of time my vehicle remained at the shop, and the lack of communication. I hope the company reviews its repair and customer service practices so future customers have a better experience.
