I had been told that it would take a week at most for it to arrive, but alright, no big deal. Later, when I pick up my laptop, it turns out that during the repair process the NEW screen had somehow gotten cracked (a minor crack, but noticeable) due to an employee error. This was freely admitted. Fortunately, they were willing to replace the brand new screen free of charge, I just had to wait another week. Well, it has now been 2 months, and I have not heard back from this place. Overall, I am pretty disappointed, although my initial problem was indeed fixed.

Another time I went to get a pair of Beats Solo3's fixed (over ear headphones) and they warned me before hand that there's a chance that the process would cause them to no longer work after the repair. But they said if that happens, they'll replace them with an equally used pair at no extra cost. Sadly, they didn't work after the repair, and just a few days later they called back and said that the new pair came in and I could go pick it up. The new, used pair they gave me looked great, it was in almost perfect condition. That was at least two years ago and the headphone still work perfectly. Overall, iMechanic is an amazing place, and they repair almost all electronics if I remember correctly. Not just iPhones.

My MacBook Pro needed a new screen, they didn't have it but could order it ( it was a little too much for me) I have extensive laptop repair experience and they told me how to do it and was real easy. Been a customer of Frontier internet for years. Kept up monthly on my payments. The 1 time I was…read morelate they turned off my internet at 2.5 weeks after the due date. I was told expect a turn on fee and a wait to turn it back on after I paid. I will be searching for a new internet provider that will be cheaper anyway.
