I am a single female to a brand new city. Tommy pouring the drinks with a smile and younger Hayden just smiling and going along for whatever and apparently loving his job. I ended up ordering the Philly rolls 9.8/10. I had low expectations honestly. But my goodness I'll be coming just for that. So my only complaint is....smoking. I hate smoke and this is a smoking establishment. I was told it's no smoking downstairs bar but it's upstairs the pool tables and darts are. I think they need go switch it. But anyhow.... come to this place. The locals are super helpful and nice and bartenders are top notch. The drinks and food are very affordable too. So yes come here trust me!!!

Built in the early 1900's it was a car shop in the 20's then a boardinghouse in the 40's now it's a Cigar Bar and Billiards Club with live music most nights and an Impressive Whiskey Shelf! We did not eat but we enjoyed a smoke and several rounds of drinks! Our server was phenomenal, keeping up with all 9 of us! The pool hall, upstairs was not open yet, however I did get a tour and history tale of the building. I love that as the business changed they did not cover the original brick but filled in doors and fireplaces, so cool and the woodwork here is stunning!

Huge pool hall, great food, friendly staff, cold beer, awesome drinks!!…read more Shout out to Lisa Smith!!! We checked out Sweet Melissa's Billiards last night. They are rocking it! Michelle Hicks killing it in the kitchen... plenty of room, amazing new tables, darts, new digital jukebox, and a very friendly staff. Even though they were packed and it was first night open Judy Cordell and the other girls were ON it. I heard numerous people talking about wanting teams there. There are having a sign up party tonight for pool league... Go get your spot! Lots of people have asked me about their beer specials and league incentives and Lisa said those are coming very soon. And as if all that wasn't enough... They have added a tribute wall to all the pool players that have been taken too soon.... Jim Jones and Sally Jo Nihiser are among those names (two of my very favorite people). Mad respect Lisa for that heartfelt addition! She also informed me that if you know of any local players that have passed feel free to let her know and they will be added to the wall. Way to go Lisa! Go check out Sweet Melissa's (the old double hill) in Hixson next to the Goodwill.

The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and cozy, with plenty of seating for humans to settle in and enjoy a whiskey flight. The staff immediately made me feel welcome and even brought over a water bowl without being asked. As a professional lounge dog, I appreciated the hospitality. My humans enjoyed sampling several whiskeys while I worked hard supervising the tasting process from my blanket-covered seat at the bar. The tasting room has a comfortable, laid-back feel that makes it easy to spend an hour or two escaping the weather. The unexpected highlight? The gift shop sells a plush dog toy of one of their whiskey bottles. Naturally, my humans bought one for me, and it quickly became one of my favorite toys. If you're traveling with a dog and looking for a dog-friendly indoor activity in Chattanooga, this is an easy recommendation. Dogba's verdict: Great whiskey for the humans, water service for the dogs, and a souvenir toy worthy of bringing home.

Our company, of about 10 of us, did the tour and tasting and our tour guide Jake was fantastic. We enjoyed learning about the history of the company and his humor throughout the tour. Also, he answered any curveball questions we threw at him. The staff at the bar walked us through the flight and were able to educate us on all of their products. We will definitely be back and booking more tours in the future for our company.
