Kiddo decided on a massage, their first ever, and Morgan did an amazing job connecting with and treating them as the customer while still checking in with me. I had a pleasant experience in the past, but today was a different story. The lady was rushing to get my hair done. She didn't blow dry my hair all the way. It was still wet, but worst of all, she didn't even part it or brush it out all the way! I only noticed when I got out to my car that my hair was all a mess and I had to walk back in and ask her to part it. Parting hair is the most basic thing a hair stylist should do. Again, I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I don't think I will ever come back here.
