Love Bark and their staff! Everyone is so friendly and they really love the dogs in their care…read more Absolutely recommend! I'm so happy I chose them as my daycare and groomer for my two pups.

I love Bark and my dogs have looked forward to doggie daycare weekly for the last few years…read more Unfortunately they have determined that my two year old pit who has been going there since he was a puppy becomes "over stimulated" at times when he's there. Let's be clear "over stimulated" is code for aggressive. Yes, he's a pit. Yes, he weighs 90 pounds. So yeah big dog. But factually there are larger dogs there. I have always watched the webcams, judiciously, one could say. Because of what I saw last weekend caused me to watch the webcams all week to see if other dogs were treated the same. Nope. BTW cameras offline for quite some time yesterday. The commentary about the staff standing around on their phones is absolutely true. The dogs coming home reeking of urine and excrement, again, true. Because my pit becomes "over stimulated" they began putting him on "timeouts". When I questioned it they explained it provides an opportunity for him to calm down and then they bring him back out to play. Fine. Mind you I never once witnessed the "over stimulated" behavior on the webcam, but I didn't want to make too big of a deal of it because the dogs love it there. Fast forward, the last two visits I don't see my dog and when I do he's being led around on a leash in the play yard for 10 minutes and then returned to a kennel. I DO witness a dog jump in the face of the attendant but is that dog removed? No. My dog was there for two hours and spent 10 minutes in the play yard on a leash. While other, bigger dogs ran with abandon. I do believe there is one employee in particular who has taken a dislike to my dog as she suggested some months ago that I should take him to the other Bark location because it's "bigger". One has to wonder how many other customers she's made that suggestion to? But she's also one of the ones that when I watch on the webcam spends the most time sitting down on her phone. After watching the webcam I returned two hours after dropping off my dogs to question his being in the kennel I was told that he jumps on the attendants and nips at them - NO ONE INFORMED ME of that behavior until I complained. Convenient right? They had no suggestions as to how to resolve the issue when I asked which day is the slow day so I could bring my dogs on any of those days. Do they have to make an effort? Nope. They're making money hand over fist at $30/day for daycare and $50/night for boarding. Nevermind the "holiday" pricing. All that said I'm frustrated and I'm sad because my dogs love Bark, they look forward to it and now I have to disappoint them until I can find an alternative. But I'd rather disappoint them than have him sit in a kennel and be discriminated against based on his breed.

This is perfect for people who didn't like to take dogs to groomers place if their dogs have issues…read morewith other dogs. They will come to your place. I was really nervous for my dog because she love people and very hyper. The groomer was so nice and help me out. We did had little issues to put leash on because my dog was too exciting. It was first time for my dog to be attended by groomer. I only want my dog to have her nails trimmed and will make an appointment for bath later in the future because I want my dog to trust the groomer. But in overall, she did great job. But there is one of my concern is that it would be nice if they would text me to let me know that they are on their way because of my apartment have door code that required access. Also it would be nice if they inform that they would be little late because I had no idea if they arrived on time. But in overall, I would use their services again.

My little dog has such anxiety and I'm telling you this is the way to go. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny and then some do you have a dog just needs extra care you don't want them put in a cage all day long waiting to get groomed where they're nervous and anxious Then I highly recommend Wolfies when you book your appointment. It'll be a few weeks out so call in advance call now for next month but definitely call!
