If you are going to board your pet must be current on all vaccinations and you will need your vet to vouch if you don't have paperwork. You'll need to take whatever your pet needs to make him happy. Pillows chew toys special diet food and meds. Waggin Tails has some of the best groomers in the area, by appointment only. Waggin Tails has been around for a long time, with their own kennels. The vet techs/assistants are just as caring and compassionate as the docs. The office is small, with no actual waiting area, so you phone them from your car and wait to be called inside. The exam rooms (entire building) are older and in dire need of updating (dated wallpaper, flooring, dusty and cluttered shelving), but newer equipment is present. I feel the place could use a deep cleaning and some cosmetic changes. However, what the office lacks in appearance, it more than makes up for with compassionate, knowledgeable veterinarians and staff. I will take that trade off any day! The office is located on Main Street in the heart of 'Historic Middletown.' There are 6-7 parking spaces in the front of the building, but street parking is also available up and down the street.

Our dogs range in ages from 8 months old to 17 years old. Not only does she excel at keeping all of our littles well taken care of with care that's tailored to each of their individual needs, but she also works with training them, she sends us several daily reports with photos and videos, she's always available for us to get ahold of if needed, she gets our mail and packages, she keeps our house safe and clean, and the icing on the cake is that she spoils our babies with LOTS of love! Michelle has taken them out for adventures, car rides, walks, pup cups, the list could go on and on! Most recently our 17 year old shihpoo became sick with stomach issues while we were out of town and Michelle gave her genuine mother's love! She went to our vet to pick up prescriptions and administered medication. She had to do lots of cleaning and laundry due to the illness.
