This is the third time I've been here and I've never had to wait no more than 90 minutes which I think is pretty good compared to waiting in a hospital. Long waiting times for appointments and unhelpful reception staff…read more The waiting times for appointments are usually 2 -3 weeks and then you are rarely ever seen on time(sometimes upto 45 mins depending on the doctor). However when I was late on one occasion for an appointment that I had waited 3 weeks for, the reception staff said that I could not be seen on the day. This is despite me being almost 37 weeks pregnant ad explaining to the staff that the alternate appointment date was the day before my due date.
