How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it's all about your time and money? I've never heard of a place dropping you because you have to reschedule more than ONE time. Try to have some respect that life happens and sometimes people need to reschedule.

Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat I'm can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved.
