I never want to go anywhere else for my dental needs!! Yes,…read moreI'm a 33 year old that is scared of the dentist. Yes, like for real. I white knuckle it the whole time, get a little light headed and just feel so uncomfortable while people are digging around in my mouth. After years of dental nightmares and being blessed with not super great teeth, I have finally found a place where I can relax. Judy at the front desk is the first interaction that you will have at River Ridge and she is a PEACH! She will get you scheduled over the phone and then get you all checked in when you arrive. She immediately put me at ease. From there, you're taken to a nice, large exam room and work starts immediately. I hate when I have to sit there and stew for 30 minutes while I wait for my hygienist to come around, but that has never happened here. My time is just as precious to them as it is to me and I always get right in and right out. As an added bonus, after not seeing a dentist for a few years, I was not judged or scolded. I was simply told that they were excited to see me again in 6 months. When I returned, the Dr asked if I was happy with the color of one of my teeth that I had previously had some work done on. I told him no, and he made a plan to get it looking like new! I now have two matching front teeth and I never realized just how insecure I was about my old tooth! Long story short, I will never go anywhere else ever again. River Ridge is my new dental 'home' and I look forward to seeing them every six months from here on out! PS- The windows in each exam room are awesome and occasionally there are deer that pass by!

They described everything thoroughly as it happened, very routine and expectable work. First an email was sent to my hacked email to schedule an appointment which was done. Who knows if they even have a verifying system like -I'm not a robot. Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat I'm can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. Because I was not given that...but I did give 2 and asked if I could please reschedule. That was 2nd no call no show ( I called right?) Third absolutely my fault. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved. After thousands of dollars to this office and my WHOLE FAMILY goes there, and my dentist has been the only dentist I've trusted my adult life. I'm now in pain, have been ill from it and can not find another dentist. I wonder how I would have been treated if my parents were in a wreck and I didn't call. No compassion no understanding.
