At 220 licensed employees, I stopped counting. If you read the opening Web Site page, you will notice that Realty Concepts is a "Family Own Business". Wow, I have never seen such a large FAMILY with so many licensed Realtors in my life!! JP wants you to believe that they are all family. People, this is called deception at it's best. My wife and I contacted Realty Concepts because we were new to the area, did not know anything about country living, they had good reviews, and Cathie Jensen seemed like a very honest person. We were a little gun shy because we are both seniors, and people take advantage of seniors. (62 and 74) Looking for our retirement home, and laying out a big investment was a huge step for both of us. Our very first day with Cathie, she not only filled us with lies, but also committed fraud a get this purchase into escrow. Cathie was out of state on vacation, and never told us. Half way through the 35 day escrow, so many things were going wrong, manager Rick Tomasello took over the sale, because we refused to have Cathie represent us any further. This entire 35 day escrow, was a total disaster. We felt even Mr. Tomasello failed his responsibilities to us. Months after the close of escrow, we took our complaints to the Broker JP, hoping for some answers to our concerns about the sale. The management of Realty Concepts laughed at us during the conference meeting that JP had scheduled. After that, JP has turned his back to this issue, and has walked away. Professional?? I'm retired law enforcement for L.A., and I will continue to do my best to warn people, of the reckless and criminal people that plague society. Don't ever trust Realty Concepts of Fresno. We have lost thousands and thousands of dollars. This will go to court.

She sold my place for $107k I said NO to her lowball $100k offer so she conveniently put the offer at $107k with her commission added to get me to accept. But I remembered Laura and thought she'd surely work hard to sell our place for top dollar. Boy was I wrong. She was very professional at first, made sure we signed her company's contract to secure her as our agent then she showed her true colors. She is greedy and cares more about herself than the welfare of her customer. She never showed up for the open house. We happened to be there and ended up selling it ourselves to the very first buyer. I felt the house was worth more than the offer, but Laura pushed by strongly suggesting we should take their cash offer. Fast forward a year, we get a phone call from the buyer's agent. Turns out the couple needed to sell (marriage issues) and their buyer was asking questions about an insurance claim we took out prior to our sale. Laura Mather gave her our personal phone # w/o our permission!!! We were then harassed for a month with talk of legal proceedings. We ended up hiring our own lawyer who said there wasn't anything we had done wrong and both Laura Mather and the buying agent were wrong for contacting us. They ended up selling our perfect home for $100K over what they paid us. Thanks Laura Mather!!!
