Do not use ParkMobile. I made a reservation at the Portland Maine Jetport and went to the address on the QR code ticket only to find out the reservation was for a lot miles away! It did not say ANYWHERE that the reservation was for another location than the airport parking lot. I asked for a refund since I couldn't miss my flight and they denied it. I'll never use them again. I only have used ParkMobile a few times but on Sat 11/2/24 I used it to park in a streetside space in St. Petersburg, FL. It first selected the very lowest time which I changed to the max of 3 hours, finished the prompts where it told me I would be charged $4.85 which would be Ok and I finished the prompts (I thought). When I got back to my car a couple hours later I had a parking ticket for $25 to be paid in 11 days or it would go up. Then I later checked my CC record and I was charged by ParkMobile $0.50 apparently for the lowest charge. Obviously the app malfunctioned or the operator did and we won't know. I looked up ways to talk with someone at ParkMobile and only got their robot voice machine. I paid the parking ticket. Will I use ParkMobile again, probably but I will watch the prompts closer. After adding and selecting a new tag for a rental car twice, they still applied the parking to my personal car. They wouldn't refund my money, and I had to pay again. This app is terrible. I will walk a few extra blocks or pay the extra expense of Valet before I use this app again. read more

Park Mobile is not an honest business. The app is junk and you are forced to use a credit card. Once it finally took my information I was charged double what the parking lot had posted. Also within 10 minutes of entering my credit card info I received a text from the fraud alert telling my card had been compromised. Awful, Atlanta. They won't even speak to you as they write your ticket. This is not like Parking Wars. Those people are nice. These people will come straight out of the ground to write a ticket. You could be on your way to the meter to pay and they'll write a ticket. Don't come to work downtown unless your job is willing to accommodate your parking. I've worked on Mitchell Street for 13 years and the parking on Saturdays has always been free, until today, apparently. No one was notified that they had changed the signs. We have a lot of customers that come to our store on a Saturday that know parking is free. It's really bad for business. Also, the machine doesn't always take singles, fives, or cards. We have a lot of elderly people that shop here that don't deal with apps, but they will have cash. . .but who cares, as long as the city gets theirs. read more

The app retained my license plate and credit card numbers and would not let me delete them unless I provided other numbers. I tried to delete my account both on my iphone and on the website. They wanted all my information to "review" my request. Then the submit button did not work. I finally called and was actually able to speak to an agent who deleted the account and sent a confirmation email. There is a fee each time you park and no refund if you leave a space early. This was, surprisingly, Santa Cruz CA. Why not have parking meters that simply use a credit card without creating an account as other cities do? Or at least have the cash machine marked and convenient, not unmarked and two blocks down the street. read more

I tried a second timethrough a ParkMobile app, but somehow it entered my information on a dating app called flirtymeetings.com through a company called ledte.net and charged me $1.25. I tried a second time and a company called IPLAYVOD.come charged me $2.00. Something wrong with the app and I had to close my debit card. read more

Park Mobile is a "rip off" and their customer service is "very bad." People cannot even make an honest living and drive over an hour to work at the RCC and have to pay to park because the normal "free" parking for employees is rented out by box trucks. Then when you are told to call to get help or a possible validation/refund for "having" to park in the lot next to red hat - the park mobile representative was attitudinal and stated that she "spoke" with an OPS person and they "refused" to refund me the $16 I had to spend to go to work at the RCC. Parking downtown Raleigh is horrible and does not accommodate workers having to make a living for their families and to top it off - due to extenuating circumstances - they refuse to help someone out a "pickle" for a measly $16 dollar refund - helping someone who is trying to make ends meet. I paid for my parking space but my account has three vehicles and it defaulted to the wrong one. Space was numbered. The app never showed or asked which vehicle. Once I paid there was no way to back out the transaction. I figured it would be ok since I had paid for the space on my account. I came back and my car was booted. Cost $75 to remove the boot. Two other people were booted in the lot next to me. They had also paid for their space. Took 25 minutes to get the boot removed. I had no choice but to pay. Upon arrival the drsignated parking lot was blocked off with locked gates when I arrived. I had to park in a cash spot in another lot. I have contacted them multiple times for a refund. Twice I was told it was in the mail. Now, they won't return my emails. There's no use in calling Customer Service because they'll say a manager needs to be notified. On July 4th, 2024, I used the ParkMobile app to reserve parking downtown Nashville for the huge Fireworks show. Upon paying and getting my confirmation in the App, I then selected the directions link and used it to be directed to the parking garage. We booked it for 1 hour, 9:25-10:25pm. We arrived at 9:42 and exited at 10:17pm, this is FACT and supported with the documents. A few weeks later we received a letter and accompanying ticket for $95.25 from a parking management company, Metropolis, alleging we had entered and exited without payment. We contacted their support and provided them evidence of using the ParkMobile App, and simultaneously contacted ParkMobile and provided the same documentation to them hoping they would both connect and resolve this. Both were very slow, taking days to respond, but Metropolis responded first and basically said they didn't have any records or partnership with ParkMobile and we never should've been directed to their address. I forwarded this communication and my frustration on in addition to my original complaint to ParkMobile as this, if factual, is blatantly fraud for ParkMobile to be selling reserved parking spots to lots they aren't authorized to do so. They cannot blame this on bad directions, as their link inside their app sent us to this address. And lastly, there wasn't another parking lot or garage within two blocks of where we chose to park so they can't allege we parked next door or across the street. If legit, this would be an easy fix between two commercial partners with either an email or shared software platform to valid our paid reservation to ParkMobile and then Metropolis simply deleting the errant ticket once they had proof we had indeed reserved and paid. Unfortunately, ParkMobile has refused and in their weak response said they don't do anything other than take my money, that we should reach out to the owner/management company with any complaints. If I could give 0 stars I would without even blinking. Now that the city of San Diego too installed this app-based parking SCAM, I have another reason not to go down to North Park, downtown, etc, I will keep visiting the beaches, La Jolla, and other amazing areas of the city. I went to North Park for brunch and couldn't find any parking spot, then I saw a big lot that was almost empty (for a reason..) so I parked there. It was managed by Parkmobile, so I had to install the app and scan the QR code. Apart from the ridiculous amount of time it took to install, it doesn't let you park for the time you want, you have to pay for minimum 2 hours = $30! More than the cost of my brunch! And the parking area was not even guarded or covered, it was just an open space in a degraded area full of weirdos and homeless people. For comparison, I paid $6 for 2-hour covered parking in Del Mar, an upscale area of San Diego. You do the math..... Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from the parking areas managed by the THIEVES of Parkmobile! I parked 3 blocks away, had a healthy walk to the café, I stayed as much as I wanted and most of all I was HAPPY I didn't take the bait from these THIEVES! I will certainly never give them a single cent and will spread the voice to everybody I know. And shame on you San Diego public officials that let many parking lots remain empty and not utilized thanks to your miserable decision to give them to these barely legal THIEVES, despite citizens still paying a profusion of taxes here. Wow, this must be a company with just a few employees. I emailed them on March 2nd regarding an issue with the app that needed to be fixed. Today is March 12 and I received no response, so I called them. The customer support rep did not understand what I was talking about even though I explained it 3 times. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 16 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone. I don't know if there are any other parking app companies out there, but if there are they can't possibly be more incompetent than Parkmobile. read more

CON ARTISTS! - DO NOT SIGN UP!!! I signed up and used this service out of necessity. Afterwards, I wanted to delete my credit card information from their site and found there was no way to do so. Even though I do not live within an hour of any venue that uses them, and would have no need to use them ever again, I couldn't delete my payment information from their database. I decided okay, I will just delete the account altogether then...because if I should attend another event in a year or so, I would rather just re-download the app than let them keep my info..... Well that's the next problem. You can't just easily delete your account. They make you go through a whole form, then you have to sign up for their private email platform to communicate with them, then you have to wait for days for them to review your request to delete your account. Initially I thought this was a great option for parking...that is until a duplicate charge popped up on my bank transactions. I promptly reached out via their customer support email but heard nothing. 3 emails later and still nothing. Finally after a month I was able to reach someone via Twitter. I was advised that they were not able to confirm the duplicate charge (even though I provided screenshots) but would issue me a refund for this issue. Sound good, right? WRONG! It has been over a month and still no refund. I reached out after the estimated 10-14 business days and was told the company was experiencing a delay in issuing refunds. How convienent. As of now, I have no plans to ever use this app for parking if I can help it. Horrible customer support. read more

Buyer Beware! I made a reservation 2 days ago using the app for a parking spot in a NYC garage for yesterday evening. My reservation was confirmed and immediately charged by the Parkmobile app. Upon arriving at the garage we were advised that they were full and that we should contact Parkmobile directly to find an alternate parking spot at another garage. When we contacted Parkmobile they responded noting that they are only responsible for taking the reservation! In addition, that they are not in, or familiar with, NYC - so they could not help me and that they would submit the issue to their back-office personnel for processing with a response to me in 24-48 hours! When I noted that this doesn't help us with the current situation given the evening out on the town that we were late for given the parking madness. Two representatives repeated the same response noted above and could not find a supervisor to comment further! Conclusion: this is not an accountable or reliable service. They cannot even succeed with the responsibilities they say they are accountable for! The parking garage was so astounded that I gained their sympathy in the process! read more
