I realized it had saved my license plate so when I paid for parking for my friend, it went to my car and I was unable to change it and was charged the $12+ fee even though we were unable to use it on another car. No refund, no cancellation just total monopoly by being the only parking service in most areas. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM! You are forced to download their 'app' on the spot in order to park, and in order to get their 'app' you are forced to put in your credit card info, then you find out you've ACTUALLY downloaded some worthless garbage called 'mediahive' that will now charge you a subscription fee, STILL won't allow you to park, and the thieves now have your credit card information. VILE that CITY GOVERNMENTS are feeding the public to these SCAMMERS by forcing us to pay for parking to go into a GOVERNMENT BUILDING with a fake 'app' SCAM. Corruption down to the basic levels of social structure. Unbelievable that this is what the world has come to. can't even park at a city building to PAY A BILL without being scammed. read more

ParkMobile is very defective technology. On several occasions this app randomly charged my credit card after I left my parking space, forcing me to lock my credit card and request issuance of a replacement card. Why municipalities conspire with ParkMobile is a mystery. When entering towns littered with gaudy ParkMobile signs, my advice is you locate a reputable garage and avoid parking fine hassles and app non-support. read more

Terrible parking app. This is the second time I purchased parking by them and this is the second parking was unavailable. Parking lot was full!!! Terrible. I will never get parking with this company again!!! read more

Decided to delete my account as this app turned out to be not what I needed. Clicked on "Delete Account" and much to my surprise I had to fill out and submit a form for Parkmobile to "review" before they would delete my account! Not good business and not user friendly! read more

Buyer beware, I bought my daughter a $40 parking pass for a concert she was going to and the QR code would not provide her access, nor exit to the garage. She ended up paying $17 for the time she was there. There is no way to contact them as they say they are the app provider only. read more

Beware...We reserved a parking spot last Thursday, 8/28/2025 for a concert. The pass allowed us to get in and park, but when the concert was over, our pass said it had expired. We pressed the help button, which was useless!! He kept asking for a number that was not on my ticket. He said to find the number he needed and call back. In the meantime, we are sitting with the bar down, unable to exit the parking lot. When I used my email to exit, it wanted more money to get out. Very disappointed in the church that has these people in charge of parking. I have never had a parking pass get me in but not out!! read more

You can spend half a day trying to figure out how to work it and in the end, you still can't get it to work. Had to research how to change the default had to reset everything up and do it over and in the end when I clicked on the parking zone, it said that parking zone does not exist. read more

Parkmoble application was only way to secure parking - I started it and paid for a reservation. Only to get a 100 dollar ticket for parking for 90 minutes in an almost empty lot. UCLA is Family. My wife and I both went there. Our 2 kids were born there. Being Native American, she was at the first UCLA Pow Wow in 1985. Trying to visit the 40th Anniversary Pow Wow, we had to use "Park mobile" to pay for parking. IT IS HORRIBLE! It's TODAY (5/3/25) and I STILL don't know if my payment went through. App "help" is totally automated and (therefore) COMPLETELY USELESS. There's some stupid error message, like "failed recapture" something. Hopefully, the Parking Enforcer will read the note on my windshield and call me. read more

This unorganized technical application has become so ridiculous to use. Not only is it impossible to change card numbers while trying to park, but the glitches it performs when switching the plate numbers randomly has cost me numerous parking tickets. The overwhelming stress from trying to perform a simple act on this app is not worth the glitches and fuckery that goes on. How do i leave ZERO stars? read more

I went to an dinner cruise and wasn't sure how long it was so I parked (ADA spot) and put 5 hours, just in case I had no cell service on the boat. It was only 3 hours and I had paid $54 ...there was no adjustments to be made. I am very disappointed since it was so long ago I used the app and didn't know...I was already mad about $54 just to park in a handicap space read more

On Saturday, I dropped my wife and business partner off for a 6:30 dinner reservation, on time. Then I went to park. I had to use the ParkMobile app. While trying to sign in, the app said it was sending me an email. I kept checking. Nothing. I finally got the app to work without using email. After dinner, I checked my phone. At 6:58 I got two emails from ParkMobile. That is too long to wait when you are trying to park and make a reservation on time. read more

A completely POS technology and a perfect contactless parking app for any municipality who wants to fill their coffers off the back of an unsuspecting public who can't correctly download and navigate the site while standing in the middle of the street at dusk. Before dinner in Belmar, NJ I downloaded the app and thought I had purchased parking for three hours. The $45 ticket on my windshield told me otherwise. So, ya wanna fight it? Make two trips to Belmar Municipal Court and take your chances. Not likely, as most people just say "fuuck it" and pay. It's a basically a scam of inconvenience in a time when convenience is valued above all else. Like the cameras in our intersections, safety has nothing to do with it. These technologies are all about skimming incremental revenue, nothing more. Well Mayor Walsifer, if my $45 means that much to you (along with the golf cart army of Paul Blart wannabes to enforce the damn thing) you can have it as long as you don't mind me never stepping foot in your corrupt town ever again. Come to think of it forget me, just as long as you remember the thousands of current Belmar residents who now have to pay a small fortune to park on the street now that residential parking permits have been all but abolished. One star for the soon to be ex-Mayor. And we wonder why people are fleeing the state in droves. Actually, we don't really wonder... we know. read more

Color me not surprised by the poor reviews. I returned to my car - after paying to park - to see a yellow envelope with a $155 parking violation for not paying. My car had a temp tag, which is what I entered when I paid. I tried to find a representative in the parking lot to no avail. I called the number listed on the ticket several times. I ended up leaving a detailed message with my name and number. No one called. I went by the address listed on the ticket to try and resolve this, and the location was a post office. Now I sit on hold - with "extended wait times" (surprise), just what I want to do after a long week. Their web site states that they cannot remove the fine and to contact the parking authority? And that would be? Still holding after 15 minutes. read more

Horrible company. In a later conversation they admitted that their website accidentally sent me a parking extension message. I didn't know it was an accident when I was parking though and parked during the extended time based on their message. I later received a citation stating I stayed over my original time limit, which I only did because of Park Mobile's extension message. ParkMobile basically apologized for causing the confusion but stated they couldn't do anything about it. I was stuck paying $75 bill. read more

Reserved parking the night before. At the parking garage, the phone could not be used to provide the code. Online, in the small print, there was a suggestion to print the code and that they were "working on" making the code work from a phone. When I called for a refund, the customer service rep said ParkMobile can't give refunds bc they don't receive the money and recommended contacting the city. Not user-friendly. Don't give the option of reserving ahead of time without letting the user know the code needs to be printed. read more

Was trying to park in Boulder Colorado, running to a meeting at the Title Company. Is the ONLY way to login to get a login link emailed? But the emails didn't come through! That's a crappy way to get your parking customers serviced -- I had to find another place to park after wasting 15 minutes on this. read more

Unable to give a no star rating which is what this company deserves. Do not use ParkMobile. It is a scam app set up to get money from double booked spaces and mysterious "errors" on bookings. if I could give 0 stars I would. Park Mobile is a SCAM. after parking our car, we used the app to pay for parking. the minimum time we could pay was 8 hours... yes, that is the Minimum. after staying longer than attended, we drank too much and decided we should leave the car in the lot overnight. we went into the app to add an additional 8 hours. instead of ADDING 8 hours to my current time (which would be a total of 16 hours), the app booked another spot. now we had 2 spots for 1 license plate. we called customer service in which we got Carlos on the phone who could do absolutely nothing for us. Carlos wouldn't refund us, he wouldn't fix our time, he wouldn't even give us credit into the app. Due to this issue, we drove home, since we didnt have the time we needed for the spot. we drove home when we shouldnt of, to avoid our car getting towed. Thank you Park Mobile and thank you Carlos for giving us the only option to drive home after a day of drinking. we will NEVER use Park Mobile again. we disputed this issue on our credit card as Park Mobile is a a Scam. read more

I attended the James Taylor concert last Saturday night. It was a great concert and we had a great time. There was only one hiccup in the evening. I bought a parking pass online before the event. I thought this gave me a parking spot. It does not. I arrived and there were no parking spots. I had to pay to park in the lot next to the one I already paid for. The next morning, I contacted ParkMobile and asked for a refund. They will not give a refund. Here is the response. Paying ahead does not guarantee a parking space, nor availability as the parking lots and garages also have a pay on site upon arrival option. ParkMobile does not own or operate any parking garages, lots, meters, kiosks, or pay stations. We are an alternative way to pay for your parking in your area. My advice is that you do not buy a parking pass with ParkMobile because it is worthless. It does not give you a parking spot. The price online was $16.50. The price at the event was $20. It would only save you $3.50 if you get there in time to use it. If you don't, like me (I arrived 30 minutes before the concert), you get to pay twice!!! I have gone back to their website to see if they have that information posted, buying a pass does not guarantee you a parking spot. I can not find that information anywhere. read more

Terrible customer service. They charged me 4 times for parking once and when you call you cannot get in touch with anyone.

The ParkMobile app feels like such a scam. First, they've done us the "favor" of removing the requirement to use a password to access your account. So while I realize passwords are not the most secure systems, it'd be better than nothing at all! Second, you have to take a guess at how long you need to park, and if you leave early, you don't get the rest of your money. Not only that, but in the "old days", your leftover minutes on the meter could at least be used by another driver. Now the city gets to charge twice for the same spot. I know they've had major data breaches too. There's got to be a better way for cities to handle this. read more
