I stopped parking at ParkLine earlier this year and only recently started bringing my car again when visiting my boyfriend. I have to say, the valet operation has improved tremendously. It's honestly impressive how much better things have gotten over the past month. I used to experience long wait times and often ended up parking on the street instead. Now, I feel much more comfortable leaving my car with the valet team. A big shoutout to the new manager, Dylan, who turned the entire operation around. Choose another community. I lived here for 2 years, I assure you this place will leave you upset. I will start with their greatest flaw. Their valet service. Before I start, I would like to say there are a few employees from their valet that I grew to know over the years and liked very much. ParkLine Miami hires a 3rd party company to valet your vehicle. They do not let you park or pick up your vehicle when needed. You need to "call" it on the app. It will be ready anywhere from 10-45 minutes on average. (Try not to have an emergency). After about a year and a half, they changed managers of their valet company. Around this time I noticed my vehicle had appeared to be tampered with. Noticing multiple loose wires and opened compartments that I never noticed before (I've had my car 6 years). Towards the end of my lease valet brought my car down. The window was completely broken. Valet was aware of nothing. When I took my vehicle in to its dealership to be fixed. They told me someone had attempted to steal parts out of my drivers side door panel. In the process they damaged my window regulator and motor. Total cost to fix $1,300. When I brought it up to the new valet manager Luis, he said I was making a huge accusation and would not allow me to review the video footage. Furthermore, metropolis (the valet company) declined my insurance claim stating "they are not responsible for my vehicle while it is under their care". That's not a joke... those are the actual words they used. The dealership provided me the damaged parts to have for my insurance. Come to find out, they stole other parts from the tailgate as well. I brought the incident up to Tyrone, the leasing office manager. Don't expect him to help you with anything. He never responded to 1 of my emails over my two year stay. In person, he was even less helpful. Needless to say they just told me to bring it up with the valet service (the company they hired). Aside from having to swallow that pill, everything else was pretty minor. One of the elevators was out of service for about 8 months. That delayed coming and going, if you want any friends to visit you, it's $50 per night for them to park. The apartment building is beautiful, but they need new management. Their current management is horrible. If you do move here buy a dashcam for your vehicle. I bought one after the incident occurred. To my surprise my car didn't appear to be tampered with again. I recommend spending a little more and going across the bridge to Brickell. Those buildings have amazing customer service. read more

I was staying with my friend who is a resident helping her move out and our belongings were stolen by the condo's management/cleaning crew. The unit was locked and was opened with the master key when we were gone. I came back to the unit with the place completely trashed, $10k worth of luxury goods stolen, and whoever decided to commit theft thought it was a good idea to feast through the fridge. We've contacted police and harassed management by email multiple times confronting the crime but no response was given & was in denial. This is a super sketchy apartment complex and caused tremendous trauma. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. I hope whoever involved gets awful karma towards them by tenfold. Don't even know where to start. Apartment size is great, building location is superb and technically, great amenities. However, something is ALWAYS broken. Out of 4 elevators, there's always at least one down. The pools always look dirty. In the year I've been living here I actually have never seen anyone vacuum the bottom of the pool. NEVER. The jacuzzi is anything but that. My shower runs hotter than it! And it also looks dirty all the time. Good luck trying to use the grills. The gas ones are hit and miss, but the electric ones NEVER work. Parking is a nightmare. Your only option is valet and at rush hour it can take up to an hour, or more, to get your car. And to top it off, it's been a couple of weeks now where the smell of garbage in the North Tower is unbearable, you smell it the moment you enter the building and on every single floor. Absolutely mortified with an experience we just had now. Valet lost my guests car keys. To begin with, THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Losing a customers property that you are PAID TO KEEP SAFE AND ARE LIABLE FOR. The amount of possible liability that entails is detrimental to the business' reputation and success and if the company truly cared to be a legit business this would never happen to begin with. Valet attendee left the stand unattended for 20 minutes before my guests could even begin to talk with someone. (with the key drawer open for anyone to take keys from, LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO). My guests waited for an hour and a half waiting for valet to figure out what to do about it. The one worker in particular refused to answer questions, refuse to call the supervisor or a manager, refused to get a lock smith, and completely deferred the problem with "what do you want me to do about it i can't help you, that's on the previous shift not me." repeatedly. Instead of problem solving, he put blame and alleged it's someone else's problem and walked away. Leaving me with absolutely no possibility of a solution. I pay for valet at no choice of my own because it's part of the lease requirements. This company is RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY THEY TAKE IN. Let alone, refusing to fix the issue at hand. My mind is completely blown. The lack of professionalism was truly the root of my anger with this situation. My guests missed their flight and will now miss their scheduled travel plans the following. It's beyond embarrassing, beyond unprofessional, beyond lack of accountability. Today just so happened to be my birthday. Happy Birthday from valet. Between 4-5:30am i had to get out of my bed and beg, encourage, and initiate problem solving for valet that they refused to implement. This is incomprehensible that i pay for a service that treats their customers like this. We did not receive any hope until i begged the guy to call his coworker working the garages. He refused to help the first 2 times i asked and then decided he was going to call him after he seemingly got frustrated with our persistency to retrieve the lost keys. The second worker thankfully saved the fucking day and helped us with calling management and proceeding with solutions an hour and a half after this issue was initially reported. read more

So when ever you decide to move into this place just know that you will never be able to go down to the grill area and have a relaxing time grilling with friends and family I have told them multiple times but they don't do anything about. This is ownerships fault and management for not fixing the source of the problem. When ever you decide to do a tour ask them to show you how to start the 4 gas grills this building have. They charge over $4,000 in rent a month for a 2 bedroom apartment but they are not able to replace 4 gas grills. read more

I love ParkLine. I moved to Miami in August, having only visited South Beach for vacation in the past. I was nervous about finding an apartment online and doing a video tour and renting sight unseen... and I feel so lucky that I ended up at ParkLine! I'm in the south tower and have actually made some amazing friends in the elevator. I never thought that was possible but I am living my best elevator life over here! I love the concierge, the amenities (OMG the pool!!!), the style. I feel like I live at a luxury resort. I know others have expressed discontent with the valet - my experiences have all been positive, though I only drive a couple times a month. Re the actual unit: I'm in a studio, but the floor to ceiling windows make the space feel much larger. Sometimes I hear my neighbors, so I try to keep it down in my unit to be a respectful tenant, but I'm used to living in apartments and accustomed to the noise. I love the appliances and layout - I feel that I am able to make great use of the space. I have been really happy here and definitely recommend it to others. Is it more than I've ever paid in rent? Yes. BUT it's truly a 5-star luxury experience if that is what you're looking for! read more

If you're going to consider any of these online reviews, let it be this: I've been a resident at Parkline Miam for two years, and during this time, I had not encountered any significant issues. However, my recent attempt to transfer to a new unit after my current lease term expired, revealed a horrifying experience that has left me deeply disappointed with the property management's leadership team and staff.   For starters, the process of applying for a transfer was nightmarishly difficult. Which was blamed on "technical difficulties" but things took a turn for the WORSE immediately upon my move-in to the new unit, when I discovered little cockroaches infesting the sink and dishwasher. I promptly reported this issue to the leasing manager, expecting a swift resolution. Unfortunately, it was a Friday, and the problem remained unaddressed until Monday, prolonging my ordeal.   They initially proposed the option for me to move back to my previous apartment, but this was not feasible since I had already hired movers to relocate my belongings to the new unit. This left me in a tough spot and forced me to escalate the issue to the assistant Property manager.   While he might have appeared "helpful" on the surface, his tone was condescending, and he displayed a complete lack of empathy. I received no apology for the inconvenience. Instead of "im so sorry this happened. We're here to help. It was "Oh If it were me" -   After NUMEROUS back-and-forths with the the property management/leasing team they finally offered to transfer me to a new unit, but they asked that I pay the prorated daily amount between the move-in date and the new unit's readiness date. This whole ordeal has caused me so much stress, and I've been forced to discard some of my belongings due to the cockroach infestation. Additionally, to have a comfortable place to stay during this chaotic period, I've had to book a hotel room for myself and my dog.   On top of all of this when I expressed my frustration to a leasing staff. Instead of offering a solution or displaying empathy, I received an indifferent response: "yup, me too." This lack of concern from the very people responsible for managing the property was the final straw for me. It's almost as if they want you to thank them for helping you when it's literally their job!!   My experience with the property management's leadership team at Parkline Miami has been nothing short of horrific. I urge anyone considering this complex to think twice before becoming a tenant, as the issues I've faced have made it abundantly clear that tenant satisfaction and well-being are not a priority for this management team. Looks cute but is a nightmare if you have a car or like to sleep below 70 degrees. Valet is a joke, you basically just can't use your car while here unless u have 2 extra hours to dedicate to valet. Yes 2 extra hours, because it's not just a wait to pickup your car but also a 1 hour plus WAIT TO DROP OFF THE CAR. The AC DOESN'T GO BELOW 70 degrees. Pool fob doesn't work on either pool. Maintenance on-site is very nice and the pools and sky deck are great amenities if you can deal with the rest. read more

Was a resident here for 2 years. The management is disorganized and horrible to deal with. If you want resolution with any issues you won't get it. The neighbors are disrespectful and leave litter, gum, pet feces in common areas. Not to mention if you smoke in this so called non smoking building there are no consequences. If you like blasting your home entertainment system or music you will be very content here. Lots of crime in this building as well. Such a shame it's so poorly managed, it became a dump. read more

apartments and amenities are great, management is horrible. You have no choice but to pay 100 month in valet parking. Valet has lost my keys three different times. One time someone took my keys home and nobody knew, one time they dropped it on the floor and miraculously found it, the last time they lost my keys idk how they even found it. Valet also broke the button for my window. Concierge is garbage too, they have one person handling the front desk trying to do 100 errands. Either they're to busy or are no where to be found. I've had meal plans thrown away and disappeared no where to be found. There's always something new happening here at Parkline, and no one wants to help or fix the problem they've caused in the first place. Not to long ago they're was two suicides as well. There's also homeless people all around and infront of the nearest Publix. Save your time and money and find a better place. read more

Stole my $500 move-in security deposit when I moved out and then had the balls to say it was because I didn't turn in a 60 day notice when it was HAND DELIVERED to their office. Be careful when dealing with their assistant property manager, Tyrone N. Fuller. He will levy an accusation against you in order to steal your security deposit. I can't speak for the north tower but the south tower was a headache to live in. One problem after another. For starters, when moving in and out you have to make a standard service elevator reservation; however, when your movers get here they will tell you that they can't actually lock the elevators and, thus, other people will be using the elevator at the same time; it will be a headache for your movers and take longer than anticipated. There are four normal elevators in each tower; one of which is always broken in the south tower. Additionally, the elevators are disgusting on a daily basis. To get to each floor you must use a fob; however, the concierge is nowhere to be found most of the time and, thus, any deliveries or visitors you'll have to go down to get them and let them up. The package delivery system has gotten better considering the sheer number of units in each tower; however, my packages still go missing from time to time and I'm unable to find them for a couple of days. Also, they used to accept packages that needed to be picked up by a shipping carrier but when the new management took over, they ceased allowing packages to be picked up. Next, the building is valet only; seems seamless and nice right? Not at all. Think again. Each car is taken up an elevator and parked in a garage. There are only four elevators; thus, during peak hours it can take forever to get to ur car. The valet does not have a direct phone number and you have to request the car through the app. However, sometimes the app randomly stops working and the only way to ask for your car is to go downstairs and request it in person. In addition, if you get off work during peak hours there will be a line of cars around the corner waiting to be parked and you either have to leave it there or wait for them to park all of the other cars. The building management switched 3/4th of the way through my lease. The new management is better than the old company but not the easiest to get in contact with. Additionally, when you finally get the leasing center on the phone, they will say that concierge is responsible for taking care of your request. You'll hang up and call concierge and they will say to call leasing. Quite plainly, it is disorganized, chaotic, and stressful. I've only been able to get ahold of them over the phone a handful of times. My best advice is to email for the quickest communication. The co-working conference rooms are honestly arctic cold and no matter how many times I ask, they will not change the temperature. Additionally, it is very hard to do work in the open co-working space as the new management keeps the music so loud. The gym is nice and it has a variety of equipment. The building is also nice for dog owners as there are two dog parks. My best advice is to not move into this building if you are a regimented, type A individual. read more
