This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. (we have a very large yard) They sent an image of a map with our address with an arrival time of 18:42:39 and an exit time of 18:47:54. Took them less than 6min and they did not show up on our Ring camera? Really? If they did show up - to do our yard they would have had to run. Like a fool I paid their invoice after the 2nd late fee. I didn't want it going any higher. I don't believe they were ever there. They just send invoices and just hope they get payment. I own a local service industry business. Yes, we are on Yelp. Two months later, still no germination (grass). I continually called the office...and multiple messages were left by the receptionist, Jessie. A.J. was kind and thoughtful in the beginning. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied. He and his wife made an absolute meal of taking their time breaking down my junk and boxes, moving items that were already in his truck to Tetris the junk into on big load on the truck. Price came out to be a few bucks over what it would have cost me to just have a dumpster dropped off for my items and I could have let a few of my neighbors use it as well. Was not satisfied, price jumped way up and I hustled to meet their timeframe when I could have just moved it all to a dumpster, taken my time, saved some money and helped my neighbors out by letting them also get in on using the dumpster.
