We called the day before and ordered the tire. It would be in around 10 the next day. We were in…read moretown so called around 10. The truck wasn't in yet but should be there soon, so we decided to go there to wait. There was a truck in the driveway blocking the entire business so we hung on a side street until it left. It left and we went in to the office. We stood waiting. No one helped and the lady in the office didn't say anything. My husband asked and she said it's outside. The only thing done in the office is to pay. We spoke to Danny and found there were many trucks-one with the tires that were delivered and another one with the wheels. Our tire came in but the wheel did not. And it went from here any minute so we went next door for lunch while waiting for it to come in and so they could unload. I got a call saying the truck was 2 hours late. We didn't want to wait. He had a wheel but not the style of the rest of our wheels. It's a spare so we looked. It was used. But way cheaper so we agreed and they put the tire on and balanced it fast. Danny really knew his stuff about tires. He was great to work with and was very nice. We are a long way from large towns where tires & wheels are shipped so offers can be late. Very late. My suggestion is to call before you need it or if it's an emergency, pony up the extra dough for one in stock somewhere. I would go back to All Valley Tire & Wheel but not if it's needed immediately.

Frank and his family are the best! Driving through from Phoenix to San Diego and the wife's service…read morelight came on saying she was waaaay overdue for oil change...! Yes fellas, you know how that is when they don't tell you about the lights popping up in the car! Before closing, Frank showed us warm hospitality and got the oil change dome right away. We smelled gas on the way over coming from the AC, and Frank told us we had a leak.in the fuel pump cover. He made an appointment for tomorrow at San Diego Mercedes for us to get it fixed (at a low rate) and get a loaner car so it wouldn't ruin our vacation! Just wonderful people over there, Frank and his family have our vote, the best European Car shop in the area! Thank you Frank!!!

Great customer service until I dropped off my rig (RV). Unanswered calls, no return calls, and no…read morereturn emails were very common during the more than SIX MONTHS they had my rig. They could install parts but couldn't figure out why the sensors weren't working as they should. They blamed Mercedes for slow response and wrong extra parts. After six months, I was done waiting on them to figure out what they were doing, picked up my rig, and took it to another shop. Icing on the cake? While my rig was there, someone left a window unlocked (everything was locked when I left it) and people broke into the rig by pushing in the window screen. Anything portable electronic - gone. Food, pots and pans, clothing, soaps and shampoo, socks! Gone. Laundry bags, tote bags, a foldable suitcase, trash bags, and totes, gone (obviously to carry everything they took). There wasn't a cabinet or drawer they didn't ransack. They tried to open the big bay door, messing up the lock, but weren't able to get in. They took stuff that couldn't fit through the window so the door had to have been left unlocked. Was I notified? Nope. Of course, they aren't responsible for any thefts. What astonishes me is how long the thieves were obviously in the rig given all the wrappers of things they ate while going through absolutely everything. Miserable experience, not including the theft.
