Rude Manager, argues about how to read clearly stated menu pricing. I ordered a small chocolate…read moremalted shake, clearly makes as $2.99 on the menu at the drive through. The flavors listed below that on the menu show a Clearly Marked calorie range depending on size, between 530-920 for a chocolate shake- see picture. Underneath the flavors listing, it shows that Malts are available, adding between 60-110 CALORIES, again, depending on size. So when I asked why the total for my $2.99 Small shake was $3.70, I was told sales tax- Baloney! When I got the receipt (see pic), it clearly shows I was charged $3.49, or 50 cents more, Then sales tax was added. When the manage (Becka) was brought over, she told me that the extra SIXTY cents (it was only Fifty) was clearly labeled as an extra charge for the Malt. I knew this wasn't true, so I went back and snapped a photo to show her the added 60 CALORIES for the malt, but no extra charge. The first things she did when I returned was to ask 'was do you want to return it?' - Very sarcastically! I said I would rather pay the menu price, and she kept maintaining, more and more rudely, that the 'Added' referred to price and not calories. I'll let you judge for yourself. Clearly inept manager and rude!

The workers(at least 4) were busy cleaning and ignored me for several minutes until I spoke up. Even then it seems like I was an intruder. There were containers of flavorings and crushed additives(candy bars) sitting on the counters including the serving counter. Neither Blizzard contained a discernable amount of Snickers or Pecans anywhere in the product. When you look at the pictures of Blizzards on the DQ website you notice that the top of each Blizzard has some candy pieces or nuts, etc. Neither of the Blizzards that I ordered had any visible toppings. I will not be visiting this Dairy Queen location in the future.

Rating a smoothie place is pretty simple. It's usually a quick transaction, a short wait, and then…read moreyou taste the beverage...that's it. I stopped off at the outlets last weekend to check out the Coach store and decided to check out the food court to see if anything could cure my hunger. The food selections were not really doing it for me but a smoothie did and I figured it was a good way to curve my hunger for bit. Bobba had a pretty large selection of bubble teas, shakes, smoothies, and even offers wraps and salads. I ended up ordering a chocolate banana smoothie and it lived up to the hype I built 4 minutes prior in my head. The smoothie was mixed well, smooth, and tasted really good. Is this place a revolutionary for smoothies? No, but Bobba does it right and this place is definitely a good way to get you through a trip to the outlets.

Lots of drink choices such as freezes, smoothies ($4.25), milkshake ($5.75), bubble teas ($3.95) you can add boba or popping boba. There is a drink menu not listed on the boards but by the register that has hot ovaltine and hot teas, etc. They also sell sweet and savory crepes, salads with lots of choices for dressing including raspberry vinaigerette and sriracha mayo, etc., and ice cream. I'm curious about the huckleberry flavor but haven't had a chance to try. Crepes are a good shareable size. Like the Banana nutella crepe. Wait can be awhile esp on holidays and weekends.

Everything was organized ahead of time, and they were extremely accommodating with various dietary needs, and so the whole dinner ran smoothly and stress-free. They were patient, friendly, and handled such a big group with ease, which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty and everyone got something they liked! Awesome local family spot that is worth the stop! Would definitely recommend!

We walked in 40 min before closing. They were busy which was a good sign. We waited to be seated. It took a little bit to order but we got it in. We then waited and found out the they were out of turkey for my turkey bacon club. We substituted ham for the turkey. We sat a bit longer before the food came out. My sandwich was fine (but the fries weren't seasoned) and my girlfriend's omelet was good. My daughter didn't like the chicken in the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was awfully bland. The staff really seemed intent on leaving as soon as possible. Some left before we were done. We were the next to last customers in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were fairly friendly just focused on the cleaning while we were there eating. We sat there longer because we weren't handed a check. I think we might have a different experience if we walked in earlier in the day. Although it shouldn't matter when you walk in to an open restaurant.
