What should have…read morebeen a positive and exciting milestone instead turned into a deeply upsetting and disheartening experience -- both for her and for me as a parent. My daughter arrived genuinely hopeful and prepared to complete the process. She was eager to be involved in decisions that directly impact her smile, appearance, and long-term confidence. Unfortunately, from the moment Dr. Dibner entered the room, her demeanor was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. When my daughter began asking thoughtful questions and attempted to participate in selecting the shade for her crown -- a perfectly reasonable expectation for something so personal -- she was quickly dismissed. In fact, rather than acknowledging or considering my daughter's input, Dr. Dibner directed her attention to her assistant, asking her what shade she thought matched best. It was disheartening to see the opinion of an assistant prioritized over the patient's -- especially when it is my daughter who will live with the result of this permanent dental work. Her opinion should have been central to the conversation. Worse still, Dr. Dibner responded to my daughter's attempts to advocate for herself with dismissive and condescending remarks. Instead of encouraging my daughter's involvement, Dr. Dibner repeatedly told us -- on more than one occasion -- that we might want to consider going to another dentist. She referenced how good the doctors are in New York City and emphasized that she prefers to do things her way. The message was clear: if the patient wants to have a say, this may not be the place for them. This attitude was not only unprofessional, but completely contrary to the principles of patient-centered care. The situation escalated to the point where my daughter was left in tears -- humiliated and deeply hurt in what should have been a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. As a parent, it was painful to witness and completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. To be candid, the tone, attitude, and overall treatment we received gave the clear impression that we were not being afforded the same respect or consideration as other patients. While I cannot say with certainty what the basis for that disparity was, it felt discriminatory in nature. No one should feel marginalized, dismissed, or unwelcome when seeking medical care -- especially a young woman trying to engage in her own health and well-being. This experience has left a lasting negative impact on my daughter. We came in expecting empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. Unfortunately, what we encountered was the opposite. I do not typically submit complaints or write reviews, which should reflect how shocked and disappointed we were by the conduct we experienced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other patient has to go through what we did.

From the front desk staff to the doctors themselves this practice is all about high quality, comfort, and above average care. Dr. Donofrio literally gave me my smile back. I had bonding on my front two teeth that was stained, chipped and looked terrible. I thought I was going to have to purchase veneers. Dr. Donofrio's consultation was honest and she was able to build through composite two new front teeth that are perfect!!! I am so thrilled and the cost 1/4 of what I would have to pay for veneers. She is a perfectionist and did not stop working until we all agreed they were perfect! Amazing experience. I am sending my family members and I will only go to this dental practice in the future. I highly recommend!

9/2/20 My semi-annual checkup was initially scheduled in…read moreJune, but was postponed due to the coronavirus madness. It was rescheduled three months later to today, 9/2/20. Extreme protocols are in place at Dr. Greenberg's office, and thankfully so. When you arrive, they ask that you call from your vehicle before coming to the door. The receptionist comes and escorts you in, takes your temperature and O2 reading, reads a warning form, and has you read and sign a Covid questionnaire. The hygienist is masked, shielded and gowned. Aside from all those understandable precautions, my cleaning and checkup went very well, as always. Before you leave, Dr.Greenberg comes in to give you a final oral check, as he always does. He too had all precautions for his and his patient's safety & well being. I'm always impressed with the dental care I receive from him and all his staff.

Gradually as an adult I have been "growing up" and dealing with my dentist anxiety. The pleasant staff and Dr Greenberg are definitely helpful in my desire to deal with my dental issues. So what do I like most? Dr Greenberg listens and helps me make the best decisions for my dental needs, he doesn't decide for me. He tells me my options and we make a plan. A plan that is flexible based on any dental changes and my financial concerns. Most of the Dentists that I have dealt with in my life have pretty much tried to decide for me. We're doing this, then we're doing that. There's been no discussion about other choices or why... they seemed to just want me to schedule appointments and show up with my money. Dr Greenberg office is well equipped with the latest equipment (so actually, I am not a dentist and don't know what all the latest dental equipment is... but Dr Greenberg seems to have a lot of high tech equipment, can't imagine there is much he doesn't have). So if you want to go to a Dentist with a well run office, high degree of skill, who will listen to you... Dr Greenberg is a great choice.

I live in Germany where my dental insurance isn't accepted so I took the opportunity during my…read morevisit to Connecticut to get myself and my 2 boys a check up. I was nervous about finding a dentist because I happen to be of the belief that many dentists are crooks. I've had dentists tell me that I needed work done that wasn't necessary (2nd opinions are always a good idea) and knowing that my insurance only covers cleanings and xrays I don't exactly want to pay out of pocket for any other procedures. Well, I called this office and right away I realized that the lady in the office was more than willing to work with me, understood my situation (I needed 3 appts within a week and that I have somewhat limited insurance) and very friendly. She understands what it is to give great customer service. She made our appts for the following day (that's the fastest I've EVER gotten a dental appt) and told me what I needed to bring. I showed up and as I expected everyone was VERY professional and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk (sorry, I wish I knew her name) even knew what my insurance would cover and was sure tell the hygeniest. The dental hygeniest was excellent as were the 2 that cleaned my boys teeth. The dentist, Dr. Vincent Cianciulli, was very professional. He did a thorough exam and made sure to address my concerns and explain them in a way that I understood them. Also a huge plus...He didn't make us wait. He came in shortly after our cleanings :-) I will be back...whenever I'm back visiting in CT.

I told them I couldn't afford the scaling at a cost of 5k out of pocket and my benefits were expiring. They didn't care and I felt that they just wanted to sell more services. I will not be back nor do I recommend them.
