We were checked in, seen by the Doctor, -x-rays and out the door within an hour. Excellent. The second time was earlier tonight. My 5 year old fell and landed face first against the wall. We thought his nose was broken so my wife took him here. Again, same fast and professional service and they are great with the little ones when treating them. And no, my little guy's nose isn't broken but it sure looks like it is. This is an urgent care/ambulatory kind of place. If it something too serious for them, they would send you to a local full service hospital by ambulance if you so choose. Great alternative should you need emergency care that does not require a full service hospital. I will not go to any other urgent care place except for this one based on my two experiences. It's nice knowing you can go here minus the hours upon hours of waiting.

They give discounts for cash patience at least that's what they say. She then told me I had to hold on while she gets someone else on the phone. She then pushed a bunch of numbers on the phone and then hung up on me again. I called back and she just wanted to argue again. I even told her " Look everyone has a bad day and I'm willing to just let it go" She then started again. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor she then said I'll connect you. About 15 minutes later she got back on the phone and she said her supervisor was going to call me back. I asked her if she had my number and she said yes. When I asked her for my number she just read off a number that didn't belong to me. Very rude and TOTALLY unprofessional.

However, the physical…read moretherapists here and the physical therapy assistants are horrible, and I would give them one star. Hence, averaging the two, the final review is three stars. The occupational therapist will spend most of the time with you one on one, and give you the care you need. The physical therapists and physical therapy assistants really don't do much. They put you on a machine and walk away. You only get 5 to 10 minutes of one on one exercises with them. I found their physical therapy to be a total waste of time, and I would never come back for physical therapy.

She didn't overbook, so no waiting for your appointment. Everything you want in a staff member. She was excellent at her job. I went in after a knee replacement, and I am so glad I chose their facility. My PT Tracy, was always very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous and involved me in each step of the therapy. She made me feel like family. It was a one on one therapy, so no sharing my time with another client. Tracy listened to my input and adjusted accordingly if she felt it necessary, always going above my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reputable and well qualified physical therapist. They are very conveniently located at the top of the hill on Rt. 422 in Niles, a very non descript dark green stand alone building with plenty of parking next to the old Goldsteins. Center Point may be a smaller facility, but heads above others in their treatment & care of their clients. I'd give them a huge 5* rating.

I was hassled every time I requested a referral for pain management. last time I was asked "what about all the other referrals?" they didn't take my insurance is the answer but I'm the jerk for getting frustrated with all the BS. I disagreed that I needed mental health support because this all started in 2017 and EVERY DOCTOR HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH A CASE LIKE MINE BUT KNEW MORE THAN ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS FEELING WEATHER THIS PRACTICE OR PAIN MANAGEMENT. I can walk with proper pain management but they don't care enough about me to help that happen. take your chances
