She didn't overbook, so no waiting for your appointment. Everything you want in a staff member. She was excellent at her job. I went in after a knee replacement, and I am so glad I chose their facility. My PT Tracy, was always very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous and involved me in each step of the therapy. She made me feel like family. It was a one on one therapy, so no sharing my time with another client. Tracy listened to my input and adjusted accordingly if she felt it necessary, always going above my expectations.
