Receptionists speak very highly of Novicky. On my first visit he had a long spiel about where he…read morecame from and the minimal square footage of his home....even the black kids he played with as a child. Very odd. I was quoted 45.00 for the appointment but once he found out I fell at an establishment his tune completely changed. He actually coached me on what to say to the establishment (aka lying- not admitting that I started to feel better). He went so far as to suggest I meet a lawyer at his office. And all of a sudden the visit was 250.00. He gave me his personal cell and assured me he would drop what he was doing to answer. I went twice. The second time wasn't much different. In fact I got the whole spiel about his modest home and his childhood friends of color. The company who is paying the initial amount of out of pocket expenses for my fall told me I could send them the bill. He would have received his ill gotten 500.00. Novicky refused to pay them directly. He personally called me two days before Christmas to discuss it. Very much not appreciated. I received a bill today telling me if I didn't pay out of pocket the 500.00 I would be sent to collections on January 6th which isn't even an appropriate duration of time. I'm very willing to pay the 45.00 that I was originally quoted. Novicky (I can't even call him Dr) is an ambulance chaser. I will NOT be bullied. I desperately need to go to a chiropractor and I'd trust the FedEx guy to adjust me before I would trust him. Very very disappointed.

On Friday morning when it was not any better we called her usual Chiropractor but she was or of town. She recommended Dr. Angela who was gracious enough to work Chara in. Dr. Angela is an extremely thorough chiropractor and she takes her time in getting to know what is going on and does not rush her way through adjusting her patient. Chara loved how gentle she was and how she explained what was going on and how she was working to correct it. While Chara was being adjusted, Don, her assistant gave me a tour of heir beautiful office and stupid me forgot to take photos - but I will next time. It is so pretty and so serene. I curled up in the massage chair and could have slept their all afternoon. They have a masso therapist and a reflexologist who take appointments as well as a nutritionist! I am so excited. I am planning to do a ten day detox with them! It's extremely affordable and gets excellent results! I will post an update and let y'all know how it goes!
