Its really affordable also. Their is disabled accsess also and a free carpark at the back. .The vets are brilliant you can tell how much they love pets because they are so loving and extremley caring with your pets. My cat Chloe gets the best care and treatment. Ive tried other vet practices who in my opion arent as good as oadby vets 4pets who are excellent all round. I rate them excellent in all that they do for you and your pet. .

Arrived 15 minutes early and been told that my cat doesn't registered there even though the email…read morestated that me and my cat is registered in there. Took a day off to make sure my cat got sorted. The lady on the desk make it sound like the fault is on me that I came to the wrong branch, which is unacceptable and quite rude since the email I got is a proof of that. The only good thing is she managed to request appointment in the other branch which is in the other side of the city and is quite hassle to get there because of the distance and there is an repair on the other place so the parking will be a nightmare. Please own it if you made a mistake, that's the point of the customer service. Don't make it sound like your patient made a mistake and make us feel bad about it. My cat is already stressed, me and my fiancé also struggle about it, but please please don't make us feel even more worse with trying to put the blame on us. I really appreciate that you manage to get the appointment sorted in different place on the same day. Thank you for that. This review is for the service from the front desk customer service and the system, not for the vets since this is my first time there. Hopefully the service in the front desk doesn't reflect the quality of the vets for Daisy.

Whenever we have had to visit the BBB surgeries for whatever reason (including annual inoculations…read more& check-ups, etc), we are always met with a warm welcome, friendliness, consummate professionalism, courtesy, understanding & support throughout..And at the most difficult of times when you must say "Goodbye" to your beloved pet (as we had to with both our Boys ~ "Floyd & Boo"), again they act with love, care, understanding & support.
