I worked myself voluntary in the PDSA charity shop for 6 years. i took my cat here for treatment…read more(true it was free because i was a lone parent ) the staff at the reception are in the wrong job one woman in particular on numerous occasions was rude and abrupt to myself and other customers they also forgot about us one time and the vet argued with another vet that his shift was over!, also they gave up on my cat smokey at the age of 12 when i was unable to have free treatment anymore i moved to 'yourvets' they were great and looked after him until he passed away at the age of 16, they were lovely.
