Within minutes I wanted to move there and that's only because she made me feel at home the second she started talking to me. I just want everyone to be aware of how sweet, very professional, and so down to earth Kaya is. She made me feel like she cared about everything I was requesting and responded with such knowledge, confidence, and grace. I have spoken to and experienced many people while apartment hunting and just in life and you do not meet a woman like her. She is a rare gem and she definitely needs to be rewarded and praised for her kind hard working heart. What I would give to work with a woman like her every day! Thank you so much for everything Kaya! You definitely made my last few months!

The community is nice and welcoming and staff will take care of you when needed! And they usually have a waitlist so if you are interested; let them know ASAP!

The good: the apartment itself, the maintenance staff is prompt once a work order is placed…read more The bad: The front office seems bothered by every question or request. They have an attitude with everything. They recently put a $50 charge on my account for not having renters insurance (I've had the policy active and paid with USAA since moving in). I've now called five times to get them to remove this charge so I can pay this month's rent. The online portal will not allow you to pay a custom amount. Now the charge is off, but with a $130 late charge. The package situation is dumb. I have a wedding coming up, so clearly expensive and important packages will be coming to me. The front office accepts the packages from the carrier, puts them in the back of the office and when you try to get them from the front office staff, they can't find them. I have literally visited the office six times to receive two packages. They also will not allow you back there to look yourself. They never answer the phone. This is annoying, because when you walk down to the office there is usually someone sitting in the office to greet you. Even if you have a tour of a future resident, have one staff member stay in the office to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message I never get a call back. I have called on at least five occasions and received one call back. There was even a time when a resident near me had packages outside their door piling up over a couple weeks. A neighbor stopped me in the hall and we were both concerned. The resident clearly lived alone and we were concerned if the person might not be alright inside. I go down to the office to speak to the staff who visibly looked annoyed I was bothering her. She told me the resident would retrieve the packages eventually and not to worry about it. I said, "Can you please do a wellness check to make sure the person is not dead inside?" She again acted annoyed. I threw my hands up and left. The amenities are consistently broken and under repair. For a complex that talks of luxury, this is far from it. Live somewhere else.

Furthermore, I just moved in and let me tell you, the application process is a nightmare. They use a third party service that will go through ALL of your personal info, credit reports, bank accounts, tax returns EVERYTHING. If you are protective of your data, be prepared to have it sold. Since moving in, I now receive dozens of spam calls I have to block. In the few weeks I have lived here I have witnessed dog poop on the floor twice and dog pee once, fire alarms that go off all day long and broken guard gates in the parking lots. The bathrooms by the upstairs conference room were so nasty yesterday, there was literal poop smeared on the toilet. As I mentioned, you are not allowed to have guests over. They claim it's only two guests per residence and they monitor you with the cameras, so it's akin to living in a police state. There is an HIV/rehab recovery center right across the street, so you will have homeless people sitting right outside your door and in the alley. Beware if you are a woman or have children, I have heard of neighbors being attacked or assaulted. The building is nice enough, but so far I am less than impressed.
