Their advisory, underwriting, deal analysis, and due diligence services are unmatched. They can analyze deals from booming metro markets to small rural America. The best part is their performance based only fee structure. We have only paid Welfont out of the performance proceeds of the deals. They have had to write off a lot of fees on deals that never happened, but where they invested a lot of time and resources, and they ate those costs. That's unheard of in today's world. I definitely recommend their services!

We have recently worked with Welfont on a transaction and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They treated our organization with the upmost professionalism. We look forward to doing more transactions with Welfont.

She stayed the course through a very trying and frustrating selling/closing process on a commercial multi-family property deal. Jennifer is a straight shooter that communicates openly and honestly with her clients. Not once did I feel that she didn't have my best interests in the forefront of this transaction. She went above and beyond to see this deal through and I can highly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly professional Realtor. Scott Barrett Tampa, FL

Greetings, I was…read morevery fortunate to be introduced to Jennifer through a close friend after mentioning that I was looking for a home in South West Florida. Jennifer not only found me a listing outside of her network, she also found a lender who locked in the best possible rate for a VA loan. The speed by which we closed the deal had to be a worlds record. Everything went like clockwork with only a few minor hiccups, none of which was on her end. She is very bright, extremely motivated and professional and detailed and I highly recommend using her services for any real estate transaction or ABNB. Note: This is not your normal real estate agent. She picks up her phone 24/7 and acts on your behalf in the best possible way. We closed the deal on my home in Venice, Florida last May. The house was a dream come true, a Key West Style home situated on the Myakka River close to the Gulf of Mexico with a boat davit an electronic hoist and we negotiated the boat as part of the sale. I couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Jennifer...Love Curt

Pros: downtown Tampa location, parking space included in rent…read moreCons: just about everything else -- Poorly run, very poor communication from the staff, nickle and dime for anything and everything. Internet service is pretty poor (I ended up leaving and working from home at least 5 times over the course of 14 months, a direct result of the internet being down), and there is no onsite tech person so issues were slow to be resolved. They disallow VOIP phones; while they provide a landline phone, they charge for long distance (what year is this?). There are landmines in the contract - $450 cleaning fee at the end of the lease; and the most egregious, a mandatory 3 month Virtual Office Agreement, which has no price associated with it; I was recently told this is $499 per month (typical virtual office service is $50-$150 / month) My security deposit was due to be refunded, per the contract, in 30 days; 120+ days later I'm still waiting. Their representative has stopped responding to my inquiries. Unfortunately I will probably need to go to small claims court to get the deposit back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There are better options for short term office space.
